| CVE-2024-35796 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ll_temac: platform_get_resource replaced by wrong function The function platform_get_resource was replaced with devm_platform_ioremap_resource_byname and is called using 0 as name. This eventually ends up in platform_get_resource_byname in the call stack, where it causes a null pointer in strcmp. if (type == resource_type(r) && !strcmp(r->name, name)) It should have been replaced with devm_platform_ioremap_resource. | |||||
| CVE-2024-35791 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Flush pages under kvm->lock to fix UAF in svm_register_enc_region() Do the cache flush of converted pages in svm_register_enc_region() before dropping kvm->lock to fix use-after-free issues where region and/or its array of pages could be freed by a different task, e.g. if userspace has __unregister_enc_region_locked() already queued up for the region. Note, the "obvious" alternative of using local variables doesn't fully resolve the bug, as region->pages is also dynamically allocated. I.e. the region structure itself would be fine, but region->pages could be freed. Flushing multiple pages under kvm->lock is unfortunate, but the entire flow is a rare slow path, and the manual flush is only needed on CPUs that lack coherency for encrypted memory. | |||||
| CVE-2024-35789 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: check/clear fast rx for non-4addr sta VLAN changes When moving a station out of a VLAN and deleting the VLAN afterwards, the fast_rx entry still holds a pointer to the VLAN's netdev, which can cause use-after-free bugs. Fix this by immediately calling ieee80211_check_fast_rx after the VLAN change. | |||||

| CVE-2024-35235 | 2 Debian, Openprinting | 2 Debian Linux, Cups | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 4.4 MEDIUM |
| OpenPrinting CUPS is an open source printing system for Linux and other Unix-like operating systems. In versions 2.4.8 and earlier, when starting the cupsd server with a Listen configuration item pointing to a symbolic link, the cupsd process can be caused to perform an arbitrary chmod of the provided argument, providing world-writable access to the target. Given that cupsd is often running as root, this can result in the change of permission of any user or system files to be world writable. Given the aforementioned Ubuntu AppArmor context, on such systems this vulnerability is limited to those files modifiable by the cupsd process. In that specific case it was found to be possible to turn the configuration of the Listen argument into full control over the cupsd.conf and cups-files.conf configuration files. By later setting the User and Group arguments in cups-files.conf, and printing with a printer configured by PPD with a `FoomaticRIPCommandLine` argument, arbitrary user and group (not root) command execution could be achieved, which can further be used on Ubuntu systems to achieve full root command execution. Commit ff1f8a623e090dee8a8aadf12a6a4b25efac143d contains a patch for the issue. | |||||

| CVE-2024-34397 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnome and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Glib and 1 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.2 MEDIUM |
| An issue was discovered in GNOME GLib before 2.78.5, and 2.79.x and 2.80.x before 2.80.1. When a GDBus-based client subscribes to signals from a trusted system service such as NetworkManager on a shared computer, other users of the same computer can send spoofed D-Bus signals that the GDBus-based client will wrongly interpret as having been sent by the trusted system service. This could lead to the GDBus-based client behaving incorrectly, with an application-dependent impact. | |||||
| CVE-2024-34069 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Palletsprojects | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Werkzeug | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Werkzeug is a comprehensive WSGI web application library. The debugger in affected versions of Werkzeug can allow an attacker to execute code on a developer's machine under some circumstances. This requires the attacker to get the developer to interact with a domain and subdomain they control, and enter the debugger PIN, but if they are successful it allows access to the debugger even if it is only running on localhost. This also requires the attacker to guess a URL in the developer's application that will trigger the debugger. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.0.3. | |||||
| CVE-2024-33602 | 3 Debian, Gnu, Netapp | 16 Debian Linux, Glibc, Element Software and 13 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH |
| nscd: netgroup cache assumes NSS callback uses in-buffer strings The Name Service Cache Daemon's (nscd) netgroup cache can corrupt memory when the NSS callback does not store all strings in the provided buffer. The flaw was introduced in glibc 2.15 when the cache was added to nscd. This vulnerability is only present in the nscd binary. | |||||
| CVE-2024-33601 | 3 Debian, Gnu, Netapp | 20 Debian Linux, Glibc, H300s and 17 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.3 HIGH |
| nscd: netgroup cache may terminate daemon on memory allocation failure The Name Service Cache Daemon's (nscd) netgroup cache uses xmalloc or xrealloc and these functions may terminate the process due to a memory allocation failure resulting in a denial of service to the clients. The flaw was introduced in glibc 2.15 when the cache was added to nscd. This vulnerability is only present in the nscd binary. | |||||
| CVE-2024-33600 | 3 Debian, Gnu, Netapp | 20 Debian Linux, Glibc, Active Iq Unified Manager and 17 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| nscd: Null pointer crashes after notfound response If the Name Service Cache Daemon's (nscd) cache fails to add a not-found netgroup response to the cache, the client request can result in a null pointer dereference. This flaw was introduced in glibc 2.15 when the cache was added to nscd. This vulnerability is only present in the nscd binary. | |||||
| CVE-2024-33599 | 3 Debian, Gnu, Netapp | 13 Debian Linux, Glibc, H300s and 10 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| nscd: Stack-based buffer overflow in netgroup cache If the Name Service Cache Daemon's (nscd) fixed size cache is exhausted by client requests then a subsequent client request for netgroup data may result in a stack-based buffer overflow. This flaw was introduced in glibc 2.15 when the cache was added to nscd. This vulnerability is only present in the nscd binary. | |||||
| CVE-2024-32487 | 3 Debian, Greenwoodsoftware, Netapp | 6 Debian Linux, Less, Bootstrap Os and 3 more | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.6 HIGH |
| less through 653 allows OS command execution via a newline character in the name of a file, because quoting is mishandled in filename.c. Exploitation typically requires use with attacker-controlled file names, such as the files extracted from an untrusted archive. Exploitation also requires the LESSOPEN environment variable, but this is set by default in many common cases. | |||||
| CVE-2024-32465 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Git-scm | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Git | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.3 HIGH |
| Git is a revision control system. The Git project recommends to avoid working in untrusted repositories, and instead to clone it first with `git clone --no-local` to obtain a clean copy. Git has specific protections to make that a safe operation even with an untrusted source repository, but vulnerabilities allow those protections to be bypassed. In the context of cloning local repositories owned by other users, this vulnerability has been covered in CVE-2024-32004. But there are circumstances where the fixes for CVE-2024-32004 are not enough: For example, when obtaining a `.zip` file containing a full copy of a Git repository, it should not be trusted by default to be safe, as e.g. hooks could be configured to run within the context of that repository. The problem has been patched in versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4. As a workaround, avoid using Git in repositories that have been obtained via archives from untrusted sources. | |||||
| CVE-2024-32021 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Git-scm | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Git | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 3.9 LOW |
| Git is a revision control system. Prior to versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4, when cloning a local source repository that contains symlinks via the filesystem, Git may create hardlinks to arbitrary user-readable files on the same filesystem as the target repository in the `objects/` directory. Cloning a local repository over the filesystem may creating hardlinks to arbitrary user-owned files on the same filesystem in the target Git repository's `objects/` directory. When cloning a repository over the filesystem (without explicitly specifying the `file://` protocol or `--no-local`), the optimizations for local cloning will be used, which include attempting to hard link the object files instead of copying them. While the code includes checks against symbolic links in the source repository, which were added during the fix for CVE-2022-39253, these checks can still be raced because the hard link operation ultimately follows symlinks. If the object on the filesystem appears as a file during the check, and then a symlink during the operation, this will allow the adversary to bypass the check and create hardlinks in the destination objects directory to arbitrary, user-readable files. The problem has been patched in versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4. | |||||
| CVE-2024-32004 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Git-scm | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Git | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| Git is a revision control system. Prior to versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4, an attacker can prepare a local repository in such a way that, when cloned, will execute arbitrary code during the operation. The problem has been patched in versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4. As a workaround, avoid cloning repositories from untrusted sources. | |||||
| CVE-2024-31309 | 3 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject | 3 Traffic Server, Debian Linux, Fedora | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| HTTP/2 CONTINUATION DoS attack can cause Apache Traffic Server to consume more resources on the server. Version from 8.0.0 through 8.1.9, from 9.0.0 through 9.2.3 are affected. Users can set a new setting (proxy.config.http2.max_continuation_frames_per_minute) to limit the number of CONTINUATION frames per minute. ATS does have a fixed amount of memory a request can use and ATS adheres to these limits in previous releases. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 8.1.10 or 9.2.4 which fixes the issue. | |||||
