| An issue was discovered in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) 5.x before 5.0.34, 6.x before 6.0.16, and 7.x before 7.0.4. An attacker who is logged into OTRS as an agent or a customer user may upload a carefully crafted resource in order to cause execution of JavaScript in the context of OTRS. This is related to Content-type mishandling in Kernel/Modules/PictureUpload.pm. | |||||
| CVE-2019-9675 | 3 Canonical, Opensuse, Php | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Leap, Php | 2026-06-17 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 8.1 HIGH |
| An issue was discovered in PHP 7.x before 7.1.27 and 7.3.x before 7.3.3. phar_tar_writeheaders_int in ext/phar/tar.c has a buffer overflow via a long link value. NOTE: The vendor indicates that the link value is used only when an archive contains a symlink, which currently cannot happen: "This issue allows theoretical compromise of security, but a practical attack is usually impossible. | |||||

| CVE-2019-9637 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Netapp and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Storage Automation Store and 2 more | 2026-06-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| An issue was discovered in PHP before 7.1.27, 7.2.x before 7.2.16, and 7.3.x before 7.3.3. Due to the way rename() across filesystems is implemented, it is possible that file being renamed is briefly available with wrong permissions while the rename is ongoing, thus enabling unauthorized users to access the data. | |||||
| CVE-2019-9636 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 13 more | 2026-06-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| Python 2.7.x through 2.7.16 and 3.x through 3.7.2 is affected by: Improper Handling of Unicode Encoding (with an incorrect netloc) during NFKC normalization. The impact is: Information disclosure (credentials, cookies, etc. that are cached against a given hostname). The components are: urllib.parse.urlsplit, urllib.parse.urlparse. The attack vector is: A specially crafted URL could be incorrectly parsed to locate cookies or authentication data and send that information to a different host than when parsed correctly. This is fixed in: v2.7.17, v2.7.17rc1, v2.7.18, v2.7.18rc1; v3.5.10, v3.5.10rc1, v3.5.7, v3.5.8, v3.5.8rc1, v3.5.8rc2, v3.5.9; v3.6.10, v3.6.10rc1, v3.6.11, v3.6.11rc1, v3.6.12, v3.6.9, v3.6.9rc1; v3.7.3, v3.7.3rc1, v3.7.4, v3.7.4rc1, v3.7.4rc2, v3.7.5, v3.7.5rc1, v3.7.6, v3.7.6rc1, v3.7.7, v3.7.7rc1, v3.7.8, v3.7.8rc1, v3.7.9. | |||||
| CVE-2019-9628 | 3 Canonical, Opensuse, Xmltooling Project | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Leap, Xmltooling | 2026-06-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The XMLTooling library all versions prior to V3.0.4, provided with the OpenSAML and Shibboleth Service Provider software, contains an XML parsing class. Invalid data in the XML declaration causes an exception of a type that was not handled properly in the parser class and propagates an unexpected exception type. | |||||
| CVE-2019-9518 | 11 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 8 more | 20 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 17 more | 2026-06-17 | 7.8 HIGH | 7.5 HIGH |
| Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a flood of empty frames, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker sends a stream of frames with an empty payload and without the end-of-stream flag. These frames can be DATA, HEADERS, CONTINUATION and/or PUSH_PROMISE. The peer spends time processing each frame disproportionate to attack bandwidth. This can consume excess CPU. | |||||
| CVE-2019-9517 | 12 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 9 more | 25 Http Server, Traffic Server, Mac Os X and 22 more | 2026-06-17 | 7.8 HIGH | 7.5 HIGH |
| Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to unconstrained interal data buffering, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker opens the HTTP/2 window so the peer can send without constraint; however, they leave the TCP window closed so the peer cannot actually write (many of) the bytes on the wire. The attacker then sends a stream of requests for a large response object. Depending on how the servers queue the responses, this can consume excess memory, CPU, or both. | |||||
| CVE-2019-9516 | 12 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 9 more | 21 Traffic Server, Mac Os X, Swiftnio and 18 more | 2026-06-17 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
| Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a header leak, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker sends a stream of headers with a 0-length header name and 0-length header value, optionally Huffman encoded into 1-byte or greater headers. Some implementations allocate memory for these headers and keep the allocation alive until the session dies. This can consume excess memory. | |||||
