| CVE-2026-35093 | 2 Fedoraproject, Freedesktop | 2 Fedora, Libinput | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in libinput. A local attacker who can place a specially crafted Lua bytecode file in certain system or user configuration directories can bypass security restrictions. This allows the attacker to run unauthorized code with the same permissions as the program using libinput, such as a graphical compositor. This could lead to the attacker monitoring keyboard input and sending that information to an external location. | |||||
| CVE-2024-21626 | 2 Fedoraproject, Linuxfoundation | 2 Fedora, Runc | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 8.6 HIGH |
| runc is a CLI tool for spawning and running containers on Linux according to the OCI specification. In runc 1.1.11 and earlier, due to an internal file descriptor leak, an attacker could cause a newly-spawned container process (from runc exec) to have a working directory in the host filesystem namespace, allowing for a container escape by giving access to the host filesystem ("attack 2"). The same attack could be used by a malicious image to allow a container process to gain access to the host filesystem through runc run ("attack 1"). Variants of attacks 1 and 2 could be also be used to overwrite semi-arbitrary host binaries, allowing for complete container escapes ("attack 3a" and "attack 3b"). runc 1.1.12 includes patches for this issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-54230 | 3 Abrt Project, Fedoraproject, Redhat | 3 Abrt, Fedora, Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-15 | N/A | 7.0 HIGH |
| A symlink following vulnerability was found in the ABRT post-create event handler scripts in libreport. Event scripts write output files using shell redirections without the O_NOFOLLOW flag. If the target file is replaced with a symlink, the shell process running as root follows the symlink and writes content to the symlink target, allowing arbitrary file overwrites on the system. | |||||
| CVE-2024-22049 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Jnunemaker | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Httparty | 2026-07-14 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| httparty before 0.21.0 is vulnerable to an assumed-immutable web parameter vulnerability. A remote and unauthenticated attacker can provide a crafted filename parameter during multipart/form-data uploads which could result in attacker controlled filenames being written. | |||||
| CVE-2023-4806 | 3 Fedoraproject, Gnu, Redhat | 22 Fedora, Glibc, Codeready Linux Builder Eus and 19 more | 2026-07-14 | N/A | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| A flaw has been identified in glibc. In an extremely rare situation, the getaddrinfo function may access memory that has been freed, resulting in an application crash. This issue is only exploitable when a NSS module implements only the _nss_*_gethostbyname2_r and _nss_*_getcanonname_r hooks without implementing the _nss_*_gethostbyname3_r hook. The resolved name should return a large number of IPv6 and IPv4, and the call to the getaddrinfo function should have the AF_INET6 address family with AI_CANONNAME, AI_ALL and AI_V4MAPPED as flags. | |||||
| CVE-2022-37434 | 6 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 21 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 18 more | 2026-07-14 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| zlib through 1.2.12 has a heap-based buffer over-read or buffer overflow in inflate in inflate.c via a large gzip header extra field. NOTE: only applications that call inflateGetHeader are affected. Some common applications bundle the affected zlib source code but may be unable to call inflateGetHeader (e.g., see the nodejs/node reference). | |||||
| CVE-2022-23304 | 2 Fedoraproject, W1.fi | 3 Fedora, Hostapd, Wpa Supplicant | 2026-07-14 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| The implementations of EAP-pwd in hostapd before 2.10 and wpa_supplicant before 2.10 are vulnerable to side-channel attacks as a result of cache access patterns. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2019-9495. | |||||
| CVE-2022-23303 | 2 Fedoraproject, W1.fi | 3 Fedora, Hostapd, Wpa Supplicant | 2026-07-14 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| The implementations of SAE in hostapd before 2.10 and wpa_supplicant before 2.10 are vulnerable to side channel attacks as a result of cache access patterns. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2019-9494. | |||||
| CVE-2021-41617 | 5 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Openbsd and 2 more | 14 Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager, Aff 500f and 11 more | 2026-07-14 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
| sshd in OpenSSH 6.2 through 8.x before 8.8, when certain non-default configurations are used, allows privilege escalation because supplemental groups are not initialized as expected. Helper programs for AuthorizedKeysCommand and AuthorizedPrincipalsCommand may run with privileges associated with group memberships of the sshd process, if the configuration specifies running the command as a different user. | |||||
| CVE-2018-25032 | 12 Apple, Azul, Debian and 9 more | 39 Mac Os X, Macos, Zulu and 36 more | 2026-07-14 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| zlib before 1.2.12 allows memory corruption when deflating (i.e., when compressing) if the input has many distant matches. | |||||

| CVE-2026-54231 | 3 Abrt Project, Fedoraproject, Redhat | 3 Abrt, Fedora, Enterprise Linux | 2026-06-29 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| A content injection vulnerability was found in the ABRT post-create event handler scripts in libreport. The event script queries the systemd journal for log entries matching the crashed process and writes the results to files in the dump directory without sanitizing embedded control characters. A local user can inject arbitrary content into the journal output by embedding newline characters in syslog messages, controlling the content that root writes to dump directory files. | |||||
| CVE-2023-40548 | 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat | 2 Fedora, Shim | 2026-06-26 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH |
| A buffer overflow was found in Shim in the 32-bit system. The overflow happens due to an addition operation involving a user-controlled value parsed from the PE binary being used by Shim. This value is further used for memory allocation operations, leading to a heap-based buffer overflow. This flaw causes memory corruption and can lead to a crash or data integrity issues during the boot phase. | |||||
