CVE-2016-1000342 2 Bouncycastle, Debian 2 Bc-java, Debian Linux 2026-06-17 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH
In the Bouncy Castle JCE Provider version 1.55 and earlier ECDSA does not fully validate ASN.1 encoding of signature on verification. It is possible to inject extra elements in the sequence making up the signature and still have it validate, which in some cases may allow the introduction of 'invisible' data into a signed structure.
CVE-2016-1000341 2 Bouncycastle, Debian 2 Bc-java, Debian Linux 2026-06-17 4.3 MEDIUM 5.9 MEDIUM
In the Bouncy Castle JCE Provider version 1.55 and earlier DSA signature generation is vulnerable to timing attack. Where timings can be closely observed for the generation of signatures, the lack of blinding in 1.55, or earlier, may allow an attacker to gain information about the signature's k value and ultimately the private value as well.
CVE-2016-1000339 2 Bouncycastle, Debian 2 Bc-java, Debian Linux 2026-06-17 5.0 MEDIUM 5.3 MEDIUM
In the Bouncy Castle JCE Provider version 1.55 and earlier the primary engine class used for AES was AESFastEngine. Due to the highly table driven approach used in the algorithm it turns out that if the data channel on the CPU can be monitored the lookup table accesses are sufficient to leak information on the AES key being used. There was also a leak in AESEngine although it was substantially less. AESEngine has been modified to remove any signs of leakage (testing carried out on Intel X86-64) and is now the primary AES class for the BC JCE provider from 1.56. Use of AESFastEngine is now only recommended where otherwise deemed appropriate.
CVE-2016-1000236 2 Cookie-signature Project, Debian 2 Cookie-signature, Debian Linux 2026-06-17 3.5 LOW 4.4 MEDIUM
Node-cookie-signature before 1.0.6 is affected by a timing attack due to the type of comparison used.

The CGIHandler class in Python before 2.7.12 does not protect against the HTTP_PROXY variable name clash in a CGI script, which could allow a remote attacker to redirect HTTP requests.
CVE-2016-1000108 2 Debian, Yaws 2 Debian Linux, Yaws 2026-06-17 5.8 MEDIUM 6.1 MEDIUM
yaws before 2.0.4 does not attempt to address RFC 3875 section 4.1.18 namespace conflicts and therefore does not protect CGI applications from the presence of untrusted client data in the HTTP_PROXY environment variable, which might allow remote attackers to redirect a CGI application's outbound HTTP traffic to an arbitrary proxy server via a crafted Proxy header in an HTTP request, aka an "httpoxy" issue.

Multiple integer overflows in OpenSSL 1.0.1 before 1.0.1s and 1.0.2 before 1.0.2g allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (heap memory corruption or NULL pointer dereference) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a long digit string that is mishandled by the (1) BN_dec2bn or (2) BN_hex2bn function, related to crypto/bn/bn.h and crypto/bn/bn_print.c.
CVE-2016-0787 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 1 more 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 1 more 2026-06-17 4.3 MEDIUM 5.9 MEDIUM
The diffie_hellman_sha256 function in kex.c in libssh2 before 1.7.0 improperly truncates secrets to 128 or 256 bits, which makes it easier for man-in-the-middle attackers to decrypt or intercept SSH sessions via unspecified vectors, aka a "bits/bytes confusion bug."
CVE-2016-0775 2 Debian, Python 2 Debian Linux, Pillow 2026-06-17 4.3 MEDIUM 6.5 MEDIUM
Buffer overflow in the ImagingFliDecode function in libImaging/FliDecode.c in Pillow before 3.1.1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a crafted FLI file.
CVE-2016-0773 3 Canonical, Debian, Postgresql 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Postgresql 2026-06-17 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH
PostgreSQL before 9.1.20, 9.2.x before 9.2.15, 9.3.x before 9.3.11, 9.4.x before 9.4.6, and 9.5.x before 9.5.1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop or buffer overflow and crash) via a large Unicode character range in a regular expression.
CVE-2016-0766 3 Canonical, Debian, Postgresql 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Postgresql 2026-06-17 9.0 HIGH 8.8 HIGH
PostgreSQL before 9.1.20, 9.2.x before 9.2.15, 9.3.x before 9.3.11, 9.4.x before 9.4.6, and 9.5.x before 9.5.1 does not properly restrict access to unspecified custom configuration settings (GUCS) for PL/Java, which allows attackers to gain privileges via unspecified vectors.
CVE-2016-0763 3 Apache, Canonical, Debian 3 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux 2026-06-17 6.5 MEDIUM 6.3 MEDIUM
The setGlobalContext method in org/apache/naming/factory/ResourceLinkFactory.java in Apache Tomcat 7.x before 7.0.68, 8.x before 8.0.31, and 9.x before 9.0.0.M3 does not consider whether ResourceLinkFactory.setGlobalContext callers are authorized, which allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended SecurityManager restrictions and read or write to arbitrary application data, or cause a denial of service (application disruption), via a web application that sets a crafted global context.
CVE-2016-0762 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more 2026-06-17 4.3 MEDIUM 5.9 MEDIUM
The Realm implementations in Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not process the supplied password if the supplied user name did not exist. This made a timing attack possible to determine valid user names. Note that the default configuration includes the LockOutRealm which makes exploitation of this vulnerability harder.
CVE-2016-0755 3 Canonical, Debian, Haxx 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Curl 2026-06-17 5.0 MEDIUM 7.3 HIGH
The ConnectionExists function in lib/url.c in libcurl before 7.47.0 does not properly re-use NTLM-authenticated proxy connections, which might allow remote attackers to authenticate as other users via a request, a similar issue to CVE-2014-0015.
CVE-2016-0753 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Opensuse and 1 more 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Leap and 1 more 2026-06-17 5.0 MEDIUM 5.3 MEDIUM
