CVE-2024-32650 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Rustls is a modern TLS library written in Rust. `rustls::ConnectionCommon::complete_io` could fall into an infinite loop based on network input. When using a blocking rustls server, if a client send a `close_notify` message immediately after `client_hello`, the server's `complete_io` will get in an infinite loop. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.23.5, 0.22.4, and 0.21.11.
CVE-2024-31949 1 Frrouting 1 Frrouting 2026-06-17 N/A 6.5 MEDIUM
In FRRouting (FRR) through 9.1, an infinite loop can occur when receiving a MP/GR capability as a dynamic capability because malformed data results in a pointer not advancing.
CVE-2024-30251 1 Aiohttp 1 Aiohttp 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
aiohttp is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. In affected versions an attacker can send a specially crafted POST (multipart/form-data) request. When the aiohttp server processes it, the server will enter an infinite loop and be unable to process any further requests. An attacker can stop the application from serving requests after sending a single request. This issue has been addressed in version 3.9.4. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade may manually apply a patch to their systems. Please see the linked GHSA for instructions.
CVE-2024-29904 1 Codeigniter 1 Codeigniter 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
CodeIgniter is a PHP full-stack web framework A vulnerability was found in the Language class that allowed DoS attacks. This vulnerability can be exploited by an attacker to consume a large amount of memory on the server. Upgrade to v4.4.7 or later.
CVE-2024-28836 1 Trustedfirmware 1 Mbed Tls 2026-06-17 N/A 5.4 MEDIUM
An issue was discovered in Mbed TLS 3.5.x before 3.6.0. When negotiating the TLS version on the server side, it can fall back to the TLS 1.2 implementation of the protocol if it is disabled. If the TLS 1.2 implementation was disabled at build time, a TLS 1.2 client could put a TLS 1.3-only server into an infinite loop processing a TLS 1.2 ClientHello, resulting in a denial of service. If the TLS 1.2 implementation was disabled at runtime, a TLS 1.2 client can successfully establish a TLS 1.2 connection with the server.
CVE-2024-28732 1 Facuet 1 Ryu 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
An issue was discovered in OFPMatch in parser.py in Faucet SDN Ryu version 4.34, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (DoS) (infinite loop).
CVE-2024-27359 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Certain WithSecure products allow a Denial of Service because the engine scanner can go into an infinite loop when processing an archive file. This affects WithSecure Client Security 15, WithSecure Server Security 15, WithSecure Email and Server Security 15, WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection 17 and later, WithSecure Client Security for Mac 15, WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection for Mac 17 and later, WithSecure Linux Security 64 12.0, WithSecure Linux Protection 12.0, and WithSecure Atlant 1.0.35-1.
CVE-2024-27032 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 6.3 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: f2fs: fix to avoid potential panic during recovery During recovery, if FAULT_BLOCK is on, it is possible that f2fs_reserve_new_block() will return -ENOSPC during recovery, then it may trigger panic. Also, if fault injection rate is 1 and only FAULT_BLOCK fault type is on, it may encounter deadloop in loop of block reservation. Let's change as below to fix these issues: - remove bug_on() to avoid panic. - limit the loop count of block reservation to avoid potential deadloop.
CVE-2024-26780 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: af_unix: Fix task hung while purging oob_skb in GC. syzbot reported a task hung; at the same time, GC was looping infinitely in list_for_each_entry_safe() for OOB skb. [0] syzbot demonstrated that the list_for_each_entry_safe() was not actually safe in this case. A single skb could have references for multiple sockets. If we free such a skb in the list_for_each_entry_safe(), the current and next sockets could be unlinked in a single iteration. unix_notinflight() uses list_del_init() to unlink the socket, so the prefetched next socket forms a loop itself and list_for_each_entry_safe() never stops. Here, we must use while() and make sure we always fetch the first socket. CVE-2024-26603 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/fpu: Stop relying on userspace for info to fault in xsave buffer Before this change, the expected size of the user space buffer was taken from fx_sw->xstate_size. fx_sw->xstate_size can be changed from user-space, so it is possible construct a sigreturn frame where: * fx_sw->xstate_size is smaller than the size required by valid bits in fx_sw->xfeatures. * user-space unmaps parts of the sigrame fpu buffer so that not all of the buffer required by xrstor is accessible. In this case, xrstor tries to restore and accesses the unmapped area which results in a fault. But fault_in_readable succeeds because buf + fx_sw->xstate_size is within the still mapped area, so it goes back and tries xrstor again. It will spin in this loop forever. Instead, fault in the maximum size which can be touched by XRSTOR (taken from fpstate->user_size). [ dhansen: tweak subject / changelog ]
CVE-2024-25710 1 Apache 1 Commons Compress 2026-06-17 N/A 8.1 HIGH

A malformed DNS message in response to a query can cause the Lookup functions to get stuck in an infinite loop.
CVE-2024-24746 1 Apache 1 Nimble 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Loop with Unreachable Exit Condition ('Infinite Loop') vulnerability in Apache NimBLE.  Specially crafted GATT operation can cause infinite loop in GATT server leading to denial of service in Bluetooth stack or device. This issue affects Apache NimBLE: through 1.6.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.7.0, which fixes the issue.

CVE-2024-21408 1 Microsoft 12 Windows 10 1507, Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809 and 9 more 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
Windows Hyper-V Denial of Service Vulnerability
CVE-2024-20353 1 Cisco 2 Adaptive Security Appliance Software, Firepower Threat Defense 2026-06-17 N/A 8.6 HIGH
A vulnerability in the management and VPN web servers for Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause the device to reload unexpectedly, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. This vulnerability is due to incomplete error checking when parsing an HTTP header. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to a targeted web server on a device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a DoS condition when the device reloads.
