A vulnerability has been found in FabulaTech Webcam for Remote Desktop 2.8.42 and classified as problematic. This vulnerability affects the function 0x222010/0x222018 in the library ftwebcam.sys of the component IOCTL Handler. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. VDB-222358 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability.
CVE-2023-1095 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In nf_tables_updtable, if nf_tables_table_enable returns an error, nft_trans_destroy is called to free the transaction object. nft_trans_destroy() calls list_del(), but the transaction was never placed on a list -- the list head is all zeroes, this results in a NULL pointer dereference.
CVE-2023-0973 1 Steptools 1 Ifcmesh Library 2026-06-17 N/A 2.2 LOW
STEPTools v18SP1 ifcmesh library (v18.1) is affected due to a null pointer dereference, which could allow an attacker to deny application usage when reading a specially constructed file, resulting in an application crash.
CVE-2023-0845 1 Hashicorp 1 Consul 2026-06-17 N/A 4.9 MEDIUM
Consul and Consul Enterprise allowed an authenticated user with service:write permissions to trigger a workflow that causes Consul server and client agents to crash under certain circumstances. This vulnerability was fixed in Consul 1.14.5.
CVE-2023-0779 1 Zephyrproject 1 Zephyr 2026-06-17 N/A 6.7 MEDIUM
At the most basic level, an invalid pointer can be input that crashes the device, but with more knowledge of the device’s memory layout, further exploitation is possible.
CVE-2023-0458 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 5.3 MEDIUM
A speculative pointer dereference problem exists in the Linux Kernel on the do_prlimit() function. The resource argument value is controlled and is used in pointer arithmetic for the 'rlim' variable and can be used to leak the contents. We recommend upgrading past version 6.1.8 or commit 739790605705ddcf18f21782b9c99ad7d53a8c11
CVE-2023-0401 2 Openssl, Stormshield 2 Openssl, Stormshield Management Center 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
A NULL pointer can be dereferenced when signatures are being verified on PKCS7 signed or signedAndEnveloped data. In case the hash algorithm used for the signature is known to the OpenSSL library but the implementation of the hash algorithm is not available the digest initialization will fail. There is a missing check for the return value from the initialization function which later leads to invalid usage of the digest API most likely leading to a crash. The unavailability of an algorithm can be caused by using FIPS enabled configuration of providers or more commonly by not loading the legacy provider. PKCS7 data is processed by the SMIME library calls and also by the time stamp (TS) library calls. The TLS implementation in OpenSSL does not call these functions however third party applications would be affected if they call these functions to verify signatures on untrusted data.
CVE-2023-0359 1 Zephyrproject 1 Zephyr 2026-06-17 N/A 5.9 MEDIUM
A missing nullptr-check in handle_ra_input can cause a nullptr-deref.
CVE-2023-0217 1 Openssl 1 Openssl 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
An invalid pointer dereference on read can be triggered when an application tries to check a malformed DSA public key by the EVP_PKEY_public_check() function. This will most likely lead to an application crash. This function can be called on public keys supplied from untrusted sources which could allow an attacker to cause a denial of service attack. The TLS implementation in OpenSSL does not call this function but applications might call the function if there are additional security requirements imposed by standards such as FIPS 140-3.
CVE-2023-0216 2 Openssl, Stormshield 2 Openssl, Stormshield Management Center 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
An invalid pointer dereference on read can be triggered when an application tries to load malformed PKCS7 data with the d2i_PKCS7(), d2i_PKCS7_bio() or d2i_PKCS7_fp() functions. The result of the dereference is an application crash which could lead to a denial of service attack. The TLS implementation in OpenSSL does not call this function however third party applications might call these functions on untrusted data.
CVE-2023-0197 4 Citrix, Nvidia, Redhat and 1 more 4 Hypervisor, Virtual Gpu, Enterprise Linux Kernel-based Virtual Machine and 1 more 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
NVIDIA vGPU software contains a vulnerability in the Virtual GPU Manager, where a malicious user in a guest VM can cause a NULL-pointer dereference, which may lead to denial of service.

NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit SDK contains a bug in cuobjdump, where a local user running the tool against an ill-formed binary may cause a null- pointer dereference, which may result in a limited denial of service.
CVE-2023-0190 1 Nvidia 6 Geforce, Gpu Display Driver, Nvs and 3 more 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
NVIDIA GPU Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability in the kernel mode layer, where a NULL pointer dereference may lead to denial of service.
CVE-2023-0122 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 7.5 HIGH
A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the Linux kernel NVMe functionality, in nvmet_setup_auth(), allows an attacker to perform a Pre-Auth Denial of Service (DoS) attack on a remote machine. Affected versions v6.0-rc1 to v6.0-rc3, fixed in v6.0-rc4.
CVE-2022-50555 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tipc: fix a null-ptr-deref in tipc_topsrv_accept syzbot found a crash in tipc_topsrv_accept: KASAN: null-ptr-deref in range [0x0000000000000008-0x000000000000000f] Workqueue: tipc_rcv tipc_topsrv_accept RIP: 0010:kernel_accept+0x22d/0x350 net/socket.c:3487 Call Trace: <TASK> tipc_topsrv_accept+0x197/0x280 net/tipc/topsrv.c:460 process_one_work+0x991/0x1610 kernel/workqueue.c:2289 worker_thread+0x665/0x1080 kernel/workqueue.c:2436 kthread+0x2e4/0x3a0 kernel/kthread.c:376 ret_from_fork+0x1f/0x30 arch/x86/entry/entry_64.S:306 It was caused by srv->listener that might be set to null by tipc_topsrv_stop() in net .exit whereas it's still used in tipc_topsrv_accept() worker. srv->listener is protected by srv->idr_lock in tipc_topsrv_stop(), so add a check for srv->listener under srv->idr_lock in tipc_topsrv_accept() to avoid the null-ptr-deref. To ensure the lsock is not released during the tipc_topsrv_accept(), move sock_release() after tipc_topsrv_work_stop() where it's waiting until the tipc_topsrv_accept worker to be done. Note that sk_callback_lock is used to protect sk->sk_user_data instead of srv->listener, and it should check srv in tipc_topsrv_listener_data_ready() instead. This also ensures that no more tipc_topsrv_accept worker will be started after tipc_conn_close() is called in tipc_topsrv_stop() where it sets sk->sk_user_data to null.
CVE-2022-50538 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vme: Fix error not catched in fake_init() In fake_init(), __root_device_register() is possible to fail but it's ignored, which can cause unregistering vme_root fail when exit. general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0xdffffc000000008c KASAN: null-ptr-deref in range [0x0000000000000460-0x0000000000000467] RIP: 0010:root_device_unregister+0x26/0x60 Call Trace: <TASK> __x64_sys_delete_module+0x34f/0x540 do_syscall_64+0x38/0x90 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x63/0xcd Return error when __root_device_register() fails.
CVE-2022-50535 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Fix potential null-deref in dm_resume [Why] Fixing smatch error: dm_resume() error: we previously assumed 'aconnector->dc_link' could be null [How] Check if dc_link null at the beginning of the loop, so further checks can be dropped.
CVE-2022-50533 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-17 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: mlme: fix null-ptr deref on failed assoc If association to an AP without a link 0 fails, then we crash in tracing because it assumes that either ap_mld_addr or link 0 BSS is valid, since we clear sdata->vif.valid_links and then don't add the ap_mld_addr to the struct. Since we clear also sdata->vif.cfg.ap_addr, keep a local copy of it and assign it earlier, before clearing valid_links, to fix this.
