CVE-2026-103993 2026-10-14 6.8 Medium
An Out-of-bounds Write vulnerability in the routing protocol daemon (rpd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows an adjacent attacker which sends a specific set of BGP communities to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS) as rpd crashes when graceful-shutdown sender community is added when attempting to advertise.
CVE-2026-85440 1 Themoos 1 Core-moos 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
MOOS core-moos through 10.4.0 contains a pre-authentication heap overflow vulnerability in MOOSCommPkt packet handling that allows remote attackers to write arbitrary data by declaring a negative packet length. Attackers can exploit the signed integer check in InflateTo() and negative size conversion in recv() to overflow a four-byte heap buffer during the HandShake phase before authentication.
CVE-2026-85437 2 Mit, Moos-ivp 2 Moos-ivp, Moos-ivp 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
MOOS-IvP through 24.8.1 contains multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities in IvP function string decoders that trust attacker-controlled length fields without validation. Attackers can craft malicious encoded strings with mismatched declared and actual field lengths to overflow heap and stack buffers, potentially achieving remote code execution through MOOS variables or alog files.
CVE-2023-31436 2 Linux, Redhat 9 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 6 more 2026-10-14 7.8 High
qfq_change_class in net/sched/sch_qfq.c in the Linux kernel before 6.2.13 allows an out-of-bounds write because lmax can exceed QFQ_MIN_LMAX.
CVE-2023-29491 2 Invisible-island, Redhat 3 Ncurses, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus 2026-10-14 7.8 High
ncurses before 6.4 20230408, when used by a setuid application, allows local users to trigger security-relevant memory corruption via malformed data in a terminfo database file that is found in $HOME/.terminfo or reached via the TERMINFO or TERM environment variable.
CVE-2023-25139 1 Gnu 1 Glibc 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
sprintf in the GNU C Library (glibc) 2.37 has a buffer overflow (out-of-bounds write) in some situations with a correct buffer size. This is unrelated to CWE-676. It may write beyond the bounds of the destination buffer when attempting to write a padded, thousands-separated string representation of a number, if the buffer is allocated the exact size required to represent that number as a string. For example, 1,234,567 (with padding to 13) overflows by two bytes.
CVE-2023-5717 2 Linux, Redhat 5 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Logging and 2 more 2026-10-14 7.8 High
A heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Linux Kernel Performance Events (perf) component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. If perf_read_group() is called while an event's sibling_list is smaller than its child's sibling_list, it can increment or write to memory locations outside of the allocated buffer. We recommend upgrading past commit 32671e3799ca2e4590773fd0e63aaa4229e50c06.
CVE-2023-4273 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 12 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 9 more 2026-10-14 6 Medium
A flaw was found in the exFAT driver of the Linux kernel. The vulnerability exists in the implementation of the file name reconstruction function, which is responsible for reading file name entries from a directory index and merging file name parts belonging to one file into a single long file name. Since the file name characters are copied into a stack variable, a local privileged attacker could use this flaw to overflow the kernel stack.
CVE-2023-4016 3 Fedoraproject, Procps Project, Redhat 3 Fedora, Procps, Enterprise Linux 2026-10-14 2.5 Low
Under some circumstances, this weakness allows a user who has access to run the “ps” utility on a machine, the ability to write almost unlimited amounts of unfiltered data into the process heap.
CVE-2023-3611 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 11 Debian Linux, Kernel, Linux Kernel and 8 more 2026-10-14 7.8 High
An out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Linux kernel's net/sched: sch_qfq component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. The qfq_change_agg() function in net/sched/sch_qfq.c allows an out-of-bounds write because lmax is updated according to packet sizes without bounds checks. We recommend upgrading past commit 3e337087c3b5805fe0b8a46ba622a962880b5d64.
CVE-2015-4760 2 Oracle, Redhat 6 Jdk, Jre, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2026-10-14 N/A
Unspecified vulnerability in Oracle Java SE 6u95, 7u80, and 8u45 allows remote attackers to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability via unknown vectors related to 2D.
CVE-2026-110698 1 Praat 1 Praat 2026-10-14 6.3 Medium
A security vulnerability has been detected in Praat up to 7.0.02. Affected is the function whisper_model_load of the file external/whispercpp/whisper.cpp of the component Model Loader. The manipulation of the argument n_dims leads to out-of-bounds write. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The identifier of the patch is a910d21a2705ef4cd16d91f29cdc8da1ab1a7221. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. The project maintainer confirms: "We did a quick fix (suggested fix 1) for Praat version 7.0.03, and scheduled a better fix (suggested fix 2)."
CVE-2026-100236 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openstack 2026-10-14 8.6 High
A flaw was found in the DPDK GSO library. When software GSO copies packet headers into a new mbuf, it does not check that the header fits in the source first segment or in the destination buffer, and a header longer than the configured GSO segment size can underflow the payload-size calculation. A remote or guest-supplied packet processed with software GSO can trigger an out-of-bounds read or write.
