CVSS v3.1 |
| In `api-gateway` versions till `1.7.3`, The default rate-limit key resolver, `ClientIpKeyResolver`, derives the per-client bucket key from the leftmost element of the `X-Forwarded-For` request header. That element is supplied by the originating HTTP client and is not validated against any trusted-proxy list. A single attacker can therefore obtain an unlimited number of independent rate-limit buckets — one per unique header value — and completely bypass the gateway's request-rate limiting on every route that uses the shipped default configuration. |
| In Znuny through 7.3.6, an attacker can bypass specific standard login procedures and gain unauthorized access to sensitive system functions by manipulating a specific HTTP request header. Because the application incorrectly trusts this header, an attacker can impersonate any user, including administrators, without requiring a password. This grants full access to confidential data and system controls. More specifically, the HTTPBasicAuth modules for the agent (Kernel::System::Auth::HTTPBasicAuth) and customer (Kernel::System::CustomerAuth::HTTPBasicAuth) interfaces read the username to log in not only from $ENV{REMOTE_USER} (set by the web server after successful authentication), but also, as a fallback, from $ENV{HTTP_REMOTE_USER}, which is populated directly from an attacker-controllable "Remote-User" request header. On systems where HTTPBasicAuth was configured as the authentication backend, this allowed an attacker to log in as any existing user by sending a request with a forged Remote-User header, without providing any credentials. |
| Speedtest Tracker through 1.15.0 contains an IP allowlist bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to evade ALLOWED_IPS and Prometheus allowlists by spoofing X-Forwarded-For headers. Because bootstrap/app.php trusts every peer as a proxy, attackers can supply an allowlisted address to read /prometheus metrics and reach protected web and API endpoints. |
| Dell Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) Policy Manager, versions prior to 5.34.00.16, contains an Use of Less Trusted Source vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information tampering. |
| PairDrop through 1.11.2 contains an IP spoofing vulnerability in Peer._setIP that allows remote attackers to join other networks' discovery rooms by supplying a forged cf-connecting-ip header. Attackers who know a victim's public IP can appear as a local device on self-hosted instances not behind Cloudflare to send or receive files. |
| Pingvin Share X before 1.22.0 contains a rate limit bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to evade per-IP throttling because backend/src/main.ts unconditionally trusts proxy headers. Attackers can rotate spoofed X-Forwarded-For values against /api/auth/signIn, /api/auth/signIn/totp, and /api/auth/resetPassword to brute-force passwords and TOTP codes and forge logged client IP addresses. |
| Gophish through 0.12.1 contains a rate limit bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to evade /login throttling by spoofing X-Forwarded-For or X-Real-IP headers. Attackers can send a different forwarded address per request so the limiter keyed on rewritten RemoteAddr never triggers, enabling unlimited password guessing and credential stuffing. |
| PyJWT is a Python implementation of JSON Web Token standards. From 2.1.0 until 2.15.0, PyJWT OKPAlgorithm.from_jwk in jwt/algorithms.py is affected because private-JWK import path does not compare the public key derived from d with x. This occurs when an OKP private JWK supplies non-corresponding x and d components. As a result, identity derived from x can differ from operations performed with d. Consequently, if an integration also accepts private key parameters from a proof header without rejecting them, an attacker may use a stolen sender-constrained token without the legitimate private key. This issue is fixed in version 2.15.0. |
| simple-php-router through 5.4.1.7 contains an IP restriction bypass vulnerability in the IpRestrictAccess middleware that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to bypass IP whitelist and blacklist protections. Attackers can spoof X-Forwarded-For, CF-Connecting-IP, or Client-IP headers to impersonate whitelisted addresses or evade blacklists, gaining access to IP-restricted routes. |
| Denuvo Anti-Tamper through 2026-03-04 allows bypass of a hypervisor presence check via CPUID interception (SimpleSvm.sys on AMD; hyperkd.sys and hyperhv.dll on Intel). |
| UnoPim versions before 2.0.1 and 2.1.1 trust all connecting clients as proxies and honor the X-Forwarded-Host header without validation, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary origins into admin layout pages. Attackers can set X-Forwarded-Host to redirect JavaScript asset loading to their server, and when responses are cached by shared proxies, subsequent administrators execute attacker-supplied code in their authenticated sessions. |
| Use of less trusted source vulnerability in PayTR Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc. PayTR Virtual Pos iFrame API WHMCS Module allows Exploitation of Trusted Identifiers.
This issue affects PayTR Virtual Pos iFrame API WHMCS Module: from v9.0.0 before v9.0.3. |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. In versions from 0.22.1 through 0.28.0, the operator-supplied model revision pin (--revision / --code-revision) is not propagated to several Hugging Face artifact loads for the FunAudioChat and Tarsier2 architectures: the WhisperFeatureExtractor and speech_tokenizer PreTrainedTokenizerFast loads in vllm/model_executor/models/funaudiochat.py and the Qwen2VLConfig.from_pretrained call used by Tarsier2ProcessingInfo in vllm/model_executor/models/qwen2_vl.py. As a result, deployments pinned to a reviewed revision still resolve these behavior-affecting processor, tokenizer, and config artifacts from the repository's default revision, so a later change to the upstream default branch can alter audio preprocessing, speech tokenizer behavior, or Tarsier2 configuration without any change to the operator's configured pin. This is a supply-chain integrity and reproducibility failure for pinned deployments; it is residual to the earlier fix tracked as GHSA-3ww4-5jv9-j5gm / CVE-2026-47155 and does not constitute remote code execution or a trust_remote_code=False bypass. The issue is fixed in version 0.28.0. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in Trusted Domain Project OpenDKIM up to 2.11.0. The impacted element is the function dkim_process_set of the file dkim.c of the component Tag Tokenizer. Performing a manipulation results in use of less trusted source. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| The Forminator Forms WordPress plugin before 1.57.2.1 does not verify that a request came from a trusted proxy before preferring client-supplied forwarding headers over the connecting address, and it uses that value both to enforce its per-visitor voting limit and to record who submitted an entry. Unauthenticated visitors can therefore vote without limit on any poll and can choose the address stored against every submission they make. |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 19.1 before 19.2.7, 19.3 before 19.3.3, and 19.4 before 19.4.1 that under certain conditions could have allowed an authenticated user to spoof merge request authorship and attribute content to arbitrary existing users on the target instance due to improper reliance on ephemeral cache state during Direct Transfer imports. |
| In OpenStack Zaqar before 22.0.2, WSGI transport mishandles the URL-Signature header. By sending a request with an empty URL-Signature header, an unauthenticated remote attacker who knows a target project's UUID may bypass both Keystone authentication and pre-signed URL verification, resulting in the ability to read, enumerate, create, and delete that project's queues, messages, claims, and subscriptions. By additionally claiming an administrative role, the attacker may also perform administrative operations, such as managing pools and flavors in admin_mode deployments. Only deployments using the WSGI transport with an authentication strategy configured are affected; the websocket transport is not affected. |
| The wpForo Forum WordPress plugin from 3.0.0 before 3.1.6 does not verify the source of client-supplied IP address headers before using them to key its per-visitor rate limit on paid AI requests, allowing unauthenticated attackers to bypass the limit by spoofing the header and exhaust the site owner's metered AI credits. |
| A flaw was found in the Ansible Automation Platform automation-controller. In the shipped
production configuration, the Controller trusts the client-supplied X-Forwarded-For header as
the request's client IP without verifying that it originated from a trusted proxy, and selects
the leftmost (attacker-controlled) header value. As a result, an attacker can forge the source
IP address recorded for their requests in the Controller's audit and access logs, degrading
the integrity of forensic and SIEM attribution. The flaw does not grant additional access. |
| kcp is a Kubernetes-like control plane for form-factors and use-cases beyond Kubernetes and container workloads. Prior to 0.31.4 and 0.32.2, the kcp front-proxy does not remove inbound X-Remote-User, X-Remote-Group, or X-Remote-Extra-* identity headers before forwarding requests to shards. Any authenticated tenant can inject X-Remote-Group: system:masters, authorization.kcp.io/warrant, authentication.kcp.io/scopes, or a group used for per-workspace required-group gating, and the shard trusts these values as authenticated identity assertions. This allows cross-workspace impersonation, authorization bypass, and arbitrary reading, writing, or deletion of resources, secrets, RBAC data, APIExports, APIBindings, and LogicalClusters. This issue is fixed in versions 0.31.4 and 0.32.2. |
