CVE-2018-8014 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more 12 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 9 more 2026-10-15 N/A
The defaults settings for the CORS filter provided in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.8, 8.5.0 to 8.5.31, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.52, 7.0.41 to 7.0.88 are insecure and enable 'supportsCredentials' for all origins. It is expected that users of the CORS filter will have configured it appropriately for their environment rather than using it in the default configuration. Therefore, it is expected that most users will not be impacted by this issue.
CVE-2018-11212 7 Canonical, Debian, Ijg and 4 more 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libjpeg and 13 more 2026-10-15 N/A
An issue was discovered in libjpeg 9a and 9d. The alloc_sarray function in jmemmgr.c allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (divide-by-zero error) via a crafted file.

libexpat through 2.6.1 allows an XML Entity Expansion attack when there is isolated use of external parsers (created via XML_ExternalEntityParserCreate).
CVE-2022-43680 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libexpat Project and 2 more 24 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libexpat and 21 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
In libexpat through 2.4.9, there is a use-after free caused by overeager destruction of a shared DTD in XML_ExternalEntityParserCreate in out-of-memory situations.
CVE-2022-43551 5 Fedoraproject, Haxx, Netapp and 2 more 8 Fedora, Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager and 5 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
A vulnerability exists in curl <7.87.0 HSTS check that could be bypassed to trick it to keep using HTTP. Using its HSTS support, curl can be instructed to use HTTPS instead of using an insecure clear-text HTTP step even when HTTP is provided in the URL. However, the HSTS mechanism could be bypassed if the host name in the given URL first uses IDN characters that get replaced to ASCII counterparts as part of the IDN conversion. Like using the character UTF-8 U+3002 (IDEOGRAPHIC FULL STOP) instead of the common ASCII full stop (U+002E) `.`. Then in a subsequent request, it does not detect the HSTS state and makes a clear text transfer. Because it would store the info IDN encoded but look for it IDN decoded.
CVE-2022-27778 4 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more 19 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Bh500s Firmware and 16 more 2026-10-14 8.1 High
A use of incorrectly resolved name vulnerability fixed in 7.83.1 might remove the wrong file when `--no-clobber` is used together with `--remove-on-error`.

CVE-2022-1292 7 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 4 more 58 Debian Linux, Fedora, A250 and 55 more 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
The c_rehash script does not properly sanitise shell metacharacters to prevent command injection. This script is distributed by some operating systems in a manner where it is automatically executed. On such operating systems, an attacker could execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the script. Use of the c_rehash script is considered obsolete and should be replaced by the OpenSSL rehash command line tool. Fixed in OpenSSL 3.0.3 (Affected 3.0.0,3.0.1,3.0.2). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1o (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1n). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2ze (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2zd).
CVE-2021-46143 5 Libexpat Project, Netapp, Redhat and 2 more 10 Libexpat, Active Iq Unified Manager, Clustered Data Ontap and 7 more 2026-10-14 8.1 High
In doProlog in xmlparse.c in Expat (aka libexpat) before 2.4.3, an integer overflow exists for m_groupSize.
CVE-2021-45960 6 Debian, Libexpat Project, Netapp and 3 more 10 Debian Linux, Libexpat, Active Iq Unified Manager and 7 more 2026-10-14 8.8 High
In Expat (aka libexpat) before 2.4.3, a left shift by 29 (or more) places in the storeAtts function in xmlparse.c can lead to realloc misbehavior (e.g., allocating too few bytes, or only freeing memory).
CVE-2021-36222 5 Debian, Mit, Netapp and 2 more 8 Debian Linux, Kerberos 5, Active Iq Unified Manager and 5 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
ec_verify in kdc/kdc_preauth_ec.c in the Key Distribution Center (KDC) in MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.18.4 and 1.19.x before 1.19.2 allows remote attackers to cause a NULL pointer dereference and daemon crash. This occurs because a return value is not properly managed in a certain situation.
CVE-2021-22946 9 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 6 more 40 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 37 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
A user can tell curl >= 7.20.0 and <= 7.78.0 to require a successful upgrade to TLS when speaking to an IMAP, POP3 or FTP server (`--ssl-reqd` on the command line or`CURLOPT_USE_SSL` set to `CURLUSESSL_CONTROL` or `CURLUSESSL_ALL` withlibcurl). This requirement could be bypassed if the server would return a properly crafted but perfectly legitimate response. This flaw would then make curl silently continue its operations **withoutTLS** contrary to the instructions and expectations, exposing possibly sensitive data in clear text over the network.
CVE-2021-22926 5 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more 26 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Clustered Data Ontap and 23 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
libcurl-using applications can ask for a specific client certificate to be used in a transfer. This is done with the `CURLOPT_SSLCERT` option (`--cert` with the command line tool). When libcurl is built to use the macOS native TLS library Secure Transport, an application can ask for the client certificate by name or with a file name - using the same option. If the name exists as a file, it will be used instead of by name.If the appliction runs with a current working directory that is writable by other users (like `/tmp`), a malicious user can create a file name with the same name as the app wants to use by name, and thereby trick the application to use the file based cert instead of the one referred to by name making libcurl send the wrong client certificate in the TLS connection handshake.
CVE-2021-22901 6 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 3 more 35 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Cloud Backup and 32 more 2026-10-14 8.1 High
curl 7.75.0 through 7.76.1 suffers from a use-after-free vulnerability resulting in already freed memory being used when a TLS 1.3 session ticket arrives over a connection. A malicious server can use this in rare unfortunate circumstances to potentially reach remote code execution in the client. When libcurl at run-time sets up support for TLS 1.3 session tickets on a connection using OpenSSL, it stores pointers to the transfer in-memory object for later retrieval when a session ticket arrives. If the connection is used by multiple transfers (like with a reused HTTP/1.1 connection or multiplexed HTTP/2 connection) that first transfer object might be freed before the new session is established on that connection and then the function will access a memory buffer that might be freed. When using that memory, libcurl might even call a function pointer in the object, making it possible for a remote code execution if the server could somehow manage to get crafted memory content into the correct place in memory.
CVE-2021-3517 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more 30 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 27 more 2026-10-14 8.6 High
There is a flaw in the xml entity encoding functionality of libxml2 in versions before 2.9.11. An attacker who is able to supply a crafted file to be processed by an application linked with the affected functionality of libxml2 could trigger an out-of-bounds read. The most likely impact of this flaw is to application availability, with some potential impact to confidentiality and integrity if an attacker is able to use memory information to further exploit the application.
CVE-2020-28196 5 Fedoraproject, Mit, Netapp and 2 more 13 Fedora, Kerberos 5, Active Iq Unified Manager and 10 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.17.2 and 1.18.x before 1.18.3 allows unbounded recursion via an ASN.1-encoded Kerberos message because the lib/krb5/asn.1/asn1_encode.c support for BER indefinite lengths lacks a recursion limit.
CVE-2020-12723 6 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Opensuse and 3 more 21 Fedora, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Snap Creator Framework and 18 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
regcomp.c in Perl before 5.30.3 allows a buffer overflow via a crafted regular expression because of recursive S_study_chunk calls.
CVE-2020-10878 6 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Opensuse and 3 more 22 Fedora, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Snap Creator Framework and 19 more 2026-10-14 8.6 High
Perl before 5.30.3 has an integer overflow related to mishandling of a "PL_regkind[OP(n)] == NOTHING" situation. A crafted regular expression could lead to malformed bytecode with a possibility of instruction injection.
CVE-2019-5482 7 Debian, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 4 more 24 Debian Linux, Fedora, Curl and 21 more 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
Heap buffer overflow in the TFTP protocol handler in cURL 7.19.4 to 7.65.3.
CVE-2019-5443 4 Haxx, Microsoft, Netapp and 1 more 10 Curl, Windows, Oncommand Insight and 7 more 2026-10-14 7.8 High
A non-privileged user or program can put code and a config file in a known non-privileged path (under C:/usr/local/) that will make curl <= 7.65.1 automatically run the code (as an openssl "engine") on invocation. If that curl is invoked by a privileged user it can do anything it wants.
