CVE-2018-1304 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more 13 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 10 more 2026-10-15 N/A
The URL pattern of "" (the empty string) which exactly maps to the context root was not correctly handled in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 when used as part of a security constraint definition. This caused the constraint to be ignored. It was, therefore, possible for unauthorised users to gain access to web application resources that should have been protected. Only security constraints with a URL pattern of the empty string were affected.
CVE-2026-21131 1 Samsung Mobile 1 Samsung Flow 2026-10-15 N/A
Incorrect default permission in Samsung Flow prior to version 4.9.22.4 allows local attackers to launch an arbitrary activity with Samsung Flow privileges on the connected device.

A weakness has been identified in itsmeravitejak Online-Examination-System up to e6208e630b14657999bbfe4c9912302d2a1e2449. The affected element is an unknown function of the file dbtables.sql. Executing a manipulation can lead to information disclosure. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. This product operates on a rolling release basis, ensuring continuous delivery. Consequently, there are no version details for either affected or updated releases. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-110025 1 Phpwcms 1 Phpwcms 2026-10-15 7.3 High
A flaw has been found in slackero phpwcms up to 1.9.49/1.12.3. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file include/inc_front/content/cnt23.article.inc.php of the component Extension Check. This manipulation of the argument POST_name causes unrestricted upload. The attack can be initiated remotely. Upgrading to version 1.9.50 and 1.12.4 is capable of addressing this issue. Patch name: 118c978430f5a9668b30535f6e592c7ae8df711f/f4c136b467565b2d16ebe2b8276b9a03547a9a69/8571cb47df8d66804d1eb88ae3d1ab4fb513e1e7. Upgrading the affected component is recommended.
CVE-2026-103988 2026-10-15 5.4 Medium
FileRise is a self-hosted web-based file manager with multi-file upload, editing, and batch operations. Prior to 3.23.0, FileRise /api/folder/renameFolder.php authorizes an authenticated, non-folder-scoped, non-administrator with a valid CSRF token against the source folder but does not independently authorize a changed destination parent. A qualifying user who owns a source folder can move that tree beneath another user's existing folder or into the root namespace, and the operation rekeys the moved ownership and ACL records to the new path. The destination must be unused and existing victim files cannot be overwritten. Distinct pre-fix errors reveal whether a specifically guessed destination path exists, but disclose no directory listing or file contents. This issue is fixed in version 3.23.0.
CVE-2016-7244 1 Microsoft 1 Office 2026-10-15 N/A
Microsoft Office 2007 SP3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application hang) via a crafted Office document, aka "Microsoft Office Denial of Service Vulnerability."
CVE-2016-5388 4 Apache, Hp, Oracle and 1 more 13 Tomcat, System Management Homepage, Linux and 10 more 2026-10-15 N/A
Apache Tomcat 7.x through 7.0.70 and 8.x through 8.5.4, when the CGI Servlet is enabled, follows RFC 3875 section 4.1.18 and therefore does not protect applications from the presence of untrusted client data in the HTTP_PROXY environment variable, which might allow remote attackers to redirect an application's outbound HTTP traffic to an arbitrary proxy server via a crafted Proxy header in an HTTP request, aka an "httpoxy" issue. NOTE: the vendor states "A mitigation is planned for future releases of Tomcat, tracked as CVE-2016-5388"; in other words, this is not a CVE ID for a vulnerability.
CVE-2026-97691 1 Get-convex 1 Convex-backend 2026-10-15 4.3 Medium
Convex is an open-source reactive database for application developers. Prior to the self-hosted image published on August 10, 2026 and local deployment binary precompiled-2026-08-10-c0cb7ae, a malicious user can, in rare cases, perform unauthorized reading of deployment information from a Convex deployment. The maintainer has intentionally withheld the affected component and technical mechanism to protect self-hosted deployments that have not been updated, and no evidence of exploitation is known. Convex cloud deployments were patched automatically. This issue is fixed in the self-hosted image published on August 10, 2026 and local binary precompiled-2026-08-10-c0cb7ae.
CVE-2026-108922 1 Kusalkasilva 1 Learning-management-system 2026-10-15 6.3 Medium
A flaw has been found in KusalkaSilva Learning-Management-System up to ffeb873f8803f1e9664384ff75000c7da45466d2. Affected is the function getimagesize of the file upload_save.php. Executing a manipulation of the argument uploaded_file/image can lead to unrestricted upload. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. This product operates on a rolling release basis, ensuring continuous delivery. Consequently, there are no version details for either affected or updated releases. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-96537 2026-10-15 7.5 High
The Tutor LMS WordPress plugin before 4.1.1 does not perform a capability check in a routine that regenerates its managed pages, allowing unauthenticated users to force-publish unpublished pages and overwrite their content, create missing ones, and change the options that reference them.
CVE-2026-109145 2026-10-15 9.8 Critical
The User Rights Access Manager WordPress plugin through 1.1.3 does not restrict access to one of its AJAX account-registration handlers and assigns newly registered accounts a role that was created as a copy of the administrator role, allowing unauthenticated attackers to register an administrator-equivalent account and take over the site.
CVE-2026-90315 1 Linux 2 Kernel, Linux Kernel 2026-10-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI/sysfs: Add lockdown checks to legacy I/O and memory handlers Currently, the legacy I/O and memory sysfs handlers do not check security_locked_down(LOCKDOWN_PCI_ACCESS), leaving the legacy_io and legacy_mem files unprotected when the kernel is locked down. Commit eb627e17727e ("PCI: Lock down BAR access when the kernel is locked down") added the check to pci_write_config(), pci_mmap_resource(), and pci_write_resource_io() to prevent userspace from programming DMA-capable hardware that could be used to modify kernel code, but did not cover the legacy handlers. As a result, root can still write arbitrary I/O ports and map the legacy I/O and memory spaces while the kernel is locked down, which is the same capability the lockdown is meant to remove. Add the same check to pci_write_legacy_io(), pci_mmap_legacy_mem(), and pci_mmap_legacy_io(). These generic handlers cover both architectures that define HAVE_PCI_LEGACY (such as Alpha and PowerPC). CVE-2026-106031 2026-10-15 6.5 Medium
The Spin Wheel WordPress plugin before 2.2.1 does not verify that a visitor actually performed a legitimate spin before returning and consuming a configured prize coupon, allowing unauthenticated users to disclose and drain the stored coupon codes of any campaign, including unpublished ones.
CVE-2026-104643 2026-10-15 4.2 Medium
The Easy HTTPS Redirection (SSL) WordPress plugin before 2.0.2 does not perform capability checks in some of its AJAX actions, allowing any authenticated user, such as a Subscriber, to read URLs its content scanner collected from private and draft posts and from site options, and to trigger a site-wide rewrite of those URLs, once an administrator has run a scan.
CVE-2026-103304 2026-10-15 5.3 Medium
The eaSYNC Booking WordPress plugin before 1.3.31 does not perform authorization or nonce checks on several of its cancellation-related AJAX actions, allowing unauthenticated users to create booking cancellation requests, trigger booking notification emails, and overwrite the content of the emails the site sends.
CVE-2026-101301 2026-10-15 5.3 Medium
The WPCode WordPress plugin before 2.4.0 does not correctly verify that a request is genuinely for the login screen before entering its snippet safe mode, allowing unauthenticated visitors to disable all of the site's automatically inserted snippets for their own requests.
CVE-2026-103670 1 Gitea 1 Gitea 2026-10-15 7.5 High
When a Gitea Actions run was inserted, older runs in the same workflow-level concurrency group were cancelled without checking whether the new run still needed approval. Because fork pull request runs are inserted under the base repository, a user who can open a pull request from a fork could cancel trusted in-progress runs that share a concurrency group with `cancel-in-progress` enabled, without approval and without running any code. On self-hosted runners this can interrupt deployments and leave partial state behind.
CVE-2025-1390 2026-10-15 6.1 Medium
The PAM module pam_cap.so of libcap configuration supports group names starting with “@”, during actual parsing, configurations not starting with “@” are incorrectly recognized as group names. This may result in nonintended users being granted an inherited capability set, potentially leading to security risks. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to achieve local privilege escalation on systems where /etc/security/capability.conf is used to configure user inherited privileges by constructing specific usernames.
CVE-2023-51384 2 Debian, Openbsd 2 Debian Linux, Openssh 2026-10-15 5.5 Medium
In ssh-agent in OpenSSH before 9.6, certain destination constraints can be incompletely applied. When destination constraints are specified during addition of PKCS#11-hosted private keys, these constraints are only applied to the first key, even if a PKCS#11 token returns multiple keys.
CVE-2026-105851 1 Payloadcms 1 Payload 2026-10-15 8.1 High
Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In versions from 3.0.0 before 3.90.0 and canary versions before 4.0.0-canary.34, the duplicate operation copies values from a source document even when a field is hidden or its access.read or access.create rule rejects that value for the caller. The disableDuplicate setting does not prevent this access-control bypass. This issue is fixed in versions 3.90.0 and 4.0.0-canary.34.
