CVE-2026-108698 1 Hyper-mcp-rs 1 Hyper-mcp 2026-10-13 6.5 Medium
hyper-mcp through 0.8.3 contains a signature verification bypass vulnerability in load_wasm in src/wasm/oci.rs that verifies the Cosign signature of a separately resolved tag rather than the loaded manifest. Attackers controlling registry responses for the tag can serve an unsigned malicious manifest to the loader and a signed one to Cosign, executing unsigned WebAssembly plugins with configured host capabilities.
CVE-2026-102832 2026-10-13 4.2 Medium
JupyterLab is an extensible environment for interactive and reproducible computing, based on the Jupyter Notebook Architecture. From 4.5.7 until 4.5.11 and 4.6.4, the markdownviewer:trust and notebook:trust command-link handlers use tracker.currentWidget to resolve the current Markdown viewer or notebook when the user answers rather than retaining the document whose command button was clicked. If another document becomes current while the prompt is open and the user chooses Trust, JupyterLab marks the second document trusted while leaving the clicked document untrusted. Later command buttons in the incorrectly trusted document run without a prompt, and trusting a notebook marks all cells trusted, saves unsaved edits, and persists the server signature to disk. Applications that bundle JupyterLab, including affected Notebook and JupyterLite releases, inherit the behavior. This issue is fixed in versions 4.5.11 and 4.6.4.
CVE-2026-89430 1 Gitea 1 Gitea 2026-10-13 8.1 High
Gitea validated a push mirror's remote address against the `[migrations]` allow and block lists only when the mirror was created. Each synchronization passed the stored address directly to `git push`, so a name that later resolved to a blocked or internal address was still reached. A user with administrator access to a repository, which includes repositories they create themselves, could aim push mirror synchronization at internal Git services and force-push the repository's contents to them.
CVE-2026-64031 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-13 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: erofs: fix managed cache race for unaligned extents After unaligned compressed extents were introduced, the following race could occur: [Thread 1] [Thread 2] (z_erofs_fill_bio_vec) <handle a Z_EROFS_PREALLOCATED_FOLIO folio> ... filemap_add_folio (1) (z_erofs_bind_cache) <the same folio is found..> .. .. folio_attach_private (2) filemap_add_folio (3) again Since (1) is executed but (2) hasn't been executed yet, it's possible that another thread finds the same managed folio in z_erofs_bind_cache() for a different pcluster and calls filemap_add_folio() again since folio->private is still Z_EROFS_PREALLOCATED_FOLIO. Fix this by explicitly clearing folio->private before making the folio visible in the managed cache so that another pcluster can simply wait on the locked managed folio as what we did for other shared cases [1]. This only impacts unaligned data compression (`-E48bit` with zstd, for example). [1] Commit 9e2f9d34dd12 ("erofs: handle overlapped pclusters out of crafted images properly") was originally introduced to handle crafted overlapped extents, but it addresses unaligned extents as well.
CVE-2026-106385 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-13 5.3 Medium
Race condition in Chromoting in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker leveraging social engineering to potentially bypass system access restrictions via crafted network traffic. (Chromium security severity: Low)
CVE-2026-109945 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-10-13 5.3 Medium
FreeRDP 3.0.0 before 3.32.0 contains a heap use-after-free vulnerability in smartcard emulation when SCARD_IOCTL_DISCONNECT and SCARD_IOCTL_TRANSMIT operate concurrently on one card handle. A malicious RDP server can overlap these IRPs through separate context workers to free and reuse the SCardHandle, causing client-process heap corruption and termination.
CVE-2026-106500 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation 4 Backstage, Plugin-scaffolder-backend, Backstage and 1 more 2026-10-13 8.5 High
Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 3.3.1, 3.4.1, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0, the @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend package is affected by improper task state validation in scaffolder backend. An authenticated user with permission to create and access Scaffolder tasks may, under specific timing and deployment conditions, affect files accessible to the Backstage backend. If backend application files are writable, the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the backend may be compromised. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.1, 3.4.1, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0.
CVE-2026-64010 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-13 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfc: llcp: Fix use-after-free race in nfc_llcp_recv_cc() A race condition exists in the NFC LLCP connection state machine where the connection acceptance packet (CC) can be processed concurrently with socket release. This can lead to a use-after-free of the socket object. When nfc_llcp_recv_cc() moves the socket from the connecting_sockets list to the sockets list, it does so without holding the socket lock. If llcp_sock_release() is executing concurrently, it might have already unlinked the socket and dropped its references, which can result in nfc_llcp_recv_cc() linking a freed socket into the live list. Fix this by holding lock_sock() during the state transition and list movement in nfc_llcp_recv_cc(). After acquiring the lock, check if the socket is still hashed to ensure it hasn't already been unlinked and marked for destruction by the release path. This aligns the locking pattern with recv_hdlc() and recv_disc().
CVE-2026-93694 1 Progress 1 Sharefile Storage Zones Controller 2026-10-12 4 Medium
In Progress ShareFile Storage Zones Controller v5.12.6 and below, processing of queue items can send acknowledgements to an unvalidated callback URL, this behavior together with a race condition allows the attacker to cause FileCopyService to consume attacker-controlled metadata and content. Exploitation requires control over copy queue work and a race condition.
CVE-2026-98385 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-12 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched/cache: Decouple sched_cache_group from mm to fix UAF Currently the sched cache grouping is by mm and the scheduling statistics sched_cache_stat lives in the mm structure. This ties the life cycle of scheduling stats with mm. In account_mm_sched(), the scheduling stats are accessed by task->mm->sc_stat. However, a task may be switching mm on one CPU when another CPU is running account_mm_sched(), and possibly accessing the old mm that was freed. This problem was found when running tests with KASAN by Hyunwoo: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/apPb-Dr4nPYuHQOK@v4bel/ Instead of serializing the mm access by introducing extra acquisition of rq lock in the mm free path, extract sched_cache_stat from mm_struct, rename it as sched_cache_group and manage its life cycle apart from mm_struct with its own ref counting. This allows us in the next patch access sched_cache_group directly from task, and add a refcount on sched_cache_group when a task links to it. This prevents the use after free issue when accessing stale and released old mm and its sched cache stat a task switches to a new mm while account_mm_sched() is done elsewhere. The other benefit of this restructure is in the future, the grouping of tasks to a LLC would have the flexibility to be associated with a user defined grouping, or cgroup, cookie group, numa_group or others instead of just with a single mm address space. Rename sched_cache_stat to sched_cache_group and turn it into a refcounted object allocated from mm_struct. The mm_struct now holds a pointer (sched_cache_grp) to this object instead of embedding it.
CVE-2026-98300 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: Don't call skb_clone_and_charge_r() for close()d listener in tcp_v6_do_rcv(). tcp_v6_do_rcv() no longer calls skb_clone_and_charge_r() for TCP_LISTEN since commit 073d89808c06 ("net: fix data-races around sk->sk_forward_alloc"). However, there is still a small race window between tcp_v6_rcv() and tcp_v6_do_rcv(), where concurrent close() changes TCP_LISTEN to TCP_CLOSE, causing skb_clone_and_charge_r() to be called locklessly and resulting in the splat below. [0] Let's avoid calling skb_clone_and_charge_r() for TCP_CLOSE as well. This is fine for non-listeners because tcp_rcv_state_process() drops skb for TCP_CLOSE and opt_skb was freed immediately anyway. CVE-2026-98337 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: don't start a ROC while scanning The ROC work can be pending when a scan starts (which requires ROC list to be empty, but that's possible), and then a new ROC can be added to the list and the work will pick it up. Avoid starting that ROC if a scan made it between things, as otherwise we'll hit a warning later: WARNING: net/mac80211/offchannel.c:404 at ieee80211_start_next_roc+0x256/0x2d0 Workqueue: events_unbound cfg80211_wiphy_work Call Trace: __ieee80211_scan_completed+0x4fd/0xe40 net/mac80211/scan.c:537 ieee80211_scan_work+0x472/0x1ff0 net/mac80211/scan.c:1193 cfg80211_wiphy_work+0x410/0x570 net/wireless/core.c:513
CVE-2026-98338 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: cfg80211: ibss: ref BSS entry for joined event When the IBSS is joined, we only record the BSSID/channel in the event and look up the BSS entry when processing it. However, that's racy, e.g. a new scan with NL80211_SCAN_FLAG_FLUSH can remove it, causing a warning in the event work: !bss WARNING: net/wireless/ibss.c:37 at __cfg80211_ibss_joined+0x3d3/0x440 Workqueue: cfg80211 cfg80211_event_work cfg80211_process_wdev_events+0x39f/0x5b0 net/wireless/util.c:1144 cfg80211_process_rdev_events+0xa1/0x110 net/wireless/util.c:1179 cfg80211_event_work+0x2f/0x40 net/wireless/core.c:393 Do the lookup early (the driver is expected to only join an IBSS that has a BSS entry) and keep a reference to it.
CVE-2026-98252 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-11 7 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/core: fix refcount bug in iwpm_get_nlmsg_request() iwpm_get_nlmsg_request() initializes refcount _after_ list_add_tail() making it accessible to global list where another CPU can kref_get() on nlmsg_request causing a refcount "addition on 0" bug. Fix this by initializing kref _before_ list_add_tail() so refcount for nlmsg_request can be incremented/decremented normally. In addition, also initialize every field before list_add_tail().
CVE-2026-19571 1 Zephyrproject 1 Zephyr 2026-10-09 6.7 Medium
The ITE IT8xxx2 SHI host-command backend (subsys/mgmt/ec_host_cmd/backends/ec_host_cmd_backend_shi_ite.c) copied the 8-byte host-command request header from the SPI Rx FIFO directly into the shared receive buffer data->in_msg and only afterwards checked the protocol version and the derived packet length. The interrupt handler also accepted a chip-select assertion and an Rx-valid-length (RVLI) interrupt in any driver state other than SHI_STATE_DISABLED, so a new header could be parsed while the host-command thread was still processing the previous request out of the very same buffer. The host processor is the SPI controller and drives both chip select and the clock. After sending a well-formed request it can immediately de-assert chip select — which returns the driver to the ready state and re-enables the FIFO — and start a second transaction carrying a header with data_len = 0xFFFF. Those eight bytes are written into in_msg before the oversized length is rejected, so they land in a buffer whose contents verify_rx() in subsys/mgmt/ec_host_cmd/ec_host_cmd_handler.c has already validated. If this lands in the window before the host-command thread executes args.input_buf_size = rx_header->data_len, the framework hands the registered command handler a 65535-byte input length over a 256-byte buffer. The result is an out-of-bounds read of up to roughly 64 KiB beyond the request buffer: command handlers that copy or echo input_buf_size bytes disclose adjacent embedded-controller memory back to the host or overflow the response buffer, and a read past the end of SRAM faults the controller. The same race also allows cmd_id and cmd_ver to be swapped after checksum verification and after handler lookup. Exploitation requires the ability to drive the inter-processor SHI bus (a compromised host OS or physical access to the SPI lines) and winning a timing race, which the SPI controller can retry indefinitely. The fix parses the header into a local struct ec_host_cmd_request_header and copies it into in_msg only after the length has been bounded by sizeof(data->in_msg), and ignores chip-select and RVLI interrupts outside SHI_STATE_READY_TO_RECV/SHI_STATE_RECEIVING. A residual, bounded race remains: an end-of-transaction interrupt still resets the state to ready while the host-command thread owns the buffer, so a valid second request can still overwrite the in-flight request's contents, unlike the NPCX backend which parks in SHI_STATE_CNL_RESP_NOT_RDY while the buffer is in use.
CVE-2026-84230 1 Ibm 1 Guardium Data Protection 2026-10-09 7.5 High
IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2.2 could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service due to a race condition resulting from concurrent unsynchronized writes to a shared map.
CVE-2026-84271 1 Ibm 1 Guardium Data Protection 2026-10-09 7.8 High
IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to a signature verification bypass in the patch installer. An attacker with local access could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code with root privileges.

CVE-2026-103435 1 Anthropic 1 Claude Code 2026-10-09 7.0 High
Claude Code validated that a target file path resided within the project working directory at permission-check time, but re-resolved the path at write time without repeating that validation. This time-of-check to time-of-use (TOCTOU) gap allowed an attacker who could write to the workspace to atomically replace a project file with a symlink, causing Claude Code to follow the symlink and write its output to an arbitrary file outside the project sandbox. Exploitation required the ability to win a race condition against the write operation and write access to the shared workspace, enabling a lower-privileged attacker to redirect benign edits to sensitive files (e.g., shell configuration) in a higher-privileged session. Users on standard Claude Code auto-update have received this fix already. Users performing manual updates are advised to update to the latest version. Thank you to hackerone.com/c_h4ck_0 for reporting this issue.
