CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: typec: anx7411 - stop the IRQ before destroying the workqueue
The IRQ is devm-managed, so it can still queue plat->work while
remove() is tearing the queue down. Disable it first. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
serial: 8250_bcm7271: fix use-after-free in brcmuart_remove()
brcmuart_handle_irq() starts priv->hrt to work around a receive-timeout
quirk of the 8250 core when hardware flow control is enabled; the timer
callback brcmuart_hrtimer_func() dereferences priv.
brcmuart_remove() cancels the hrtimer before it unregisters the port, so
a receive-timeout interrupt that arrives in between re-arms the timer.
After devm frees priv, the callback runs on freed memory.
Unregister the port before cancelling the hrtimer.
serial8250_unregister_port() shuts the port down and frees its IRQ, so
brcmuart_handle_irq() can no longer restart the timer, and the final
hrtimer_cancel() drains any timer that was armed before or during the
unregister.
This issue was found by an in-house static analysis tool. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: seq: Serialize compat port-info ioctls
The native sequencer ioctl path serializes handler calls with
client->ioctl_mutex, but the translated port-info compat path invokes the
same handlers through snd_seq_kernel_client_ctl() without taking that
mutex.
This lets concurrent compat CREATE_PORT requests pass the port-count
check before any request reaches the serialized insertion. The computed
integer port index can then exceed the address field range and wrap to an
existing index. Subsequent subscriber teardown can resolve the duplicate
address to the wrong port and access a freed subscriber.
Take ioctl_mutex while dispatching converted port-info requests, matching
the native ioctl path. All translated port-info commands share this
helper, so their accesses to the client port state are serialized as
well. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: Serialize SMP remote OOB data access
build_pairing_cmd() looks up remote OOB data and copies its contents
without holding hdev->lock, which serializes the list's writers. After
SMP finds an entry, a concurrent management Remove Remote OOB Data
command can unlink and free it before SMP reads its present flag or
copies its random and confirmation values. Removal can also invalidate
an entry while the lookup is still traversing the list.
KASAN reported:
BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in build_pairing_cmd+0x948/0x9b0

Taking hdev->lock in build_pairing_cmd() would recurse for callers that
already hold it and invert the device-to-L2CAP lock order on the receive
path. Add a per-device remote_oob_lock instead, held across the SMP
lookup and copies and by the add, remove and clear helpers. Cover
initialization and in-place updates as well, so SMP cannot read partially
initialized or updated OOB values. Release the mutex on allocation
failure, preserving the existing error return.
The new critical sections acquire no device, connection or channel locks.
Writers retain their existing hdev->lock protection, which continues to
serialize the other readers without changing their locking or behavior. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: iwlegacy: 3945: free EEPROM data on remove
il3945_pci_probe() calls il_eeprom_init(), which allocates memory for
the EEPROM data. The probe failure paths release this allocation with
il_eeprom_free(), but the remove path does not free it after a
successful probe.
As a result, the EEPROM data is leaked when the PCI device is removed.
Free the EEPROM data in il3945_pci_remove() before releasing the
mac80211 hardware structure.
This issue was found by manual code inspection. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iio: adc: stm32-adc: fix possible division by zero in processed channel
In case the conversion has failed or returned zero, processing *val
can lead to a division by zero. Need to check for errors, or converted
value is zero, before processing the data. In case the converted value
is zero, e.g. the Vrefint channel, this should be considered as invalid
in all cases. |
| The ACF Frontend Admin by DynamiApps WordPress plugin through 3.29.13 does not perform a capability check on one of its form-submission actions before writing submitted values into the site's global ACF options store, allowing unauthenticated visitors to overwrite site-wide option values via a public form. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
sysctl: Check range in proc_dointvec_ms_jiffies_minmax
Add the range check to do_proc_int_conv_ms_jiffies_minmax that commit
d174174c6776 ("sysctl: replace SYSCTL_INT_CONV_CUSTOM macro with
functions") incorrectly removed. |
| Enterprise Architect is vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) injection in the XSLT Debugger feature. When a user loads a crafted XML file containing a `DOCTYPE` with an external DTD reference, the parser processes external entities, allowing an attacker to read arbitrary files from the victim's filesystem.
Because vendor contact attempts were unsuccessful, the vulnerability has only been confirmed in version 17.1 but may also affect other versions. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iio: buffer: Ensure bounce buffer used for unaligned case is zeroed.
iio_push_to_buffers_with_ts_unaligned() leaks uninitialized heap memory
to userspace if the data passed in is not a multiple of 8 bytes and the
timestamp is enabled. Specify __GFP_ZERO for the devm_krealloc()
to ensure any extra space is cleared. |
| An integer underflow in OpenVPN version 2.7_alpha3 through 2.7.7 on Windows and Android allows remote authenticated servers to cause a denial of service or memory disclosure via crafted domain search options |
| Authentication bypass using an alternate path or channel vulnerability in Progress MOVEit Transfer.
This issue affects MOVEit Transfer: before 2025.1.6 and from 2026.0.0 before 2026.0.4. |
| Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Progress MOVEit Transfer (Ad Hoc module).
This issue affects MOVEit Transfer: before 2025.1.6 and from 2026.0.0 before 2026.0.4. |
| Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in Progress MOVEit Transfer (Client Certificates module).
This issue affects MOVEit Transfer: before 2025.1.6 and from 2026.0.0 before 2026.0.4. |
| The Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'redirect_url' parameter in versions up to, and including, 4.0.8 This is due to insufficient input validation in the Topbar component's back button handler. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute in the victim's browser whenever the victim accesses a page that includes the malicious payload. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
KVM: s390: Fix _gaccess_shadow_fault()
In some circumstances, it is possible that the page of nested guest
memory that is being shadowed is not present at all in the parent guest
gmap. dat_entry_walk() will not find any leaf entry and return with
-ENOENT, which will erroneously be propagated all the way to userspace.
Fix by manually calling gmap_link() on the memory of the nested guest
that is being shadowed if the mapping was not already present. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: sd_zbc: Reject disks with too many zones
sd_zbc_read_zones() computes the number of zones with 64-bit arithmetic and
stores the result in the unsigned int nr_zones field of struct
zoned_disk_info, silently truncating counts that exceed 32 bits. The
truncated count is later used to size per-zone resources, while the device
may still report more zones than fit.
Moreover, sd_zbc_report_zones() counts the reported zones with a signed int
zone_idx, which overflows past INT_MAX. Reject devices reporting more than
INT_MAX zones at scan time; such a device is not realistic for any medium
that exists today, and accepting it produces inconsistent zone bookkeeping. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: btnxpuart: Fix skb leak in nxp_process_fw_dump()
When CONFIG_DEV_COREDUMP=n, hci_devcd_append() returns -EOPNOTSUPP
without freeing its skb argument. This leaks the cloned skb and also
prevents nxp_set_ind_reset() from being called to perform recovery.
Fix by guarding the hci_devcd_append(hdev, skb_clone(skb, GFP_ATOMIC))
call with IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_DEV_COREDUMP). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: Restrict CO-RE poisoning to relocatable instructions
CO-RE relocation records can name any instruction offset. When a
relocation cannot be resolved, bpf_core_patch_insn() currently poisons its
target before checking whether that instruction is a valid relocation
target. Malformed metadata can therefore replace jumps, calls, exits,
register-source arithmetic, or non-immediate loads instead of failing at
the relocation step.
Handle poisoning only after the instruction has passed the same class and
operand-form checks used for a resolved relocation. Route invalid forms
through the existing diagnostic and return a hard error. Keep poisoning
supported instructions, including both halves of a plain ldimm64, so an
unresolved relocation in dead code remains valid.
Extend bpf_core_poison_insn() to poison both halves of ldimm64, and return
its status directly from each validated instruction case. This avoids
routing the success path through a common label and leaves the helper free
to report errors.
The shared relocation code applies this restriction to both libbpf and
in-kernel CO-RE. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
sctp: avoid livelock while updating retransmit path
sctp_assoc_update_retran_path() can loop forever when every remaining
transport, including retran_path, is SCTP_UNCONFIRMED: the state check
runs before the wraparound test, so the loop cannot observe that it has
completed a full pass.
Fix this by considering a transport only when it is not UNCONFIRMED,
then checking whether the walk has returned to retran_path. This makes
the full-pass termination independent of the transport state while
preserving the existing fallback selection semantics.
Also restore the NULL guard around the retran_path assignment. In the
all-UNCONFIRMED case there is no eligible replacement transport, and
installing NULL would leave later retransmit-path users and the debug
print with a NULL path. |
