| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. From 3.13.0 until 3.13.15 and 4.0.20 and 4.1.11 and 4.2.6, protected tag bypass via bulk-delete. dELETE /api/users/:name refuses to delete users tagged protected (rabbitmgmtwmuser:deleteresource/2 checks isprotecteduser). POST /api/users/bulk-delete iterates the supplied username list and calls rabbitauthbackendinternal:deleteuser/2 directly , that function has no protected-tag check , so the guard is silently An administrator can delete protected-tagged service accounts via the bulk endpoint, bypassing a safeguard the test suite confirms is rabbitmqmanagement enabled Attacker has the administrator tag A protected-tagged user. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.15 and 4.0.20 and 4.1.11 and 4.2.6. |
| In OpenStack Mistral through 23.0.0, the workflow membership API lets a project that has accepted a share of another project's private workflow create a further membership naming a third project. The new membership row is created with its project_id defaulted to the accepting project rather than the original workflow owner, and thus the owner can neither see nor delete it. The third project can accept this membership (that it had not actually been granted by the owner), and then read and execute the owner's private workflow; only the accepting (not the owning) project can later revoke that access. |

| NL Portal Backend Libraries provide backend components for Dutch government portals that interact with residents, customers, suppliers, and partner organizations. From 1.1.0 until 3.0.4, and in 3.1.0, the public getFormDefinitionByObjectenApiUrl and deprecated getFormDefinitionById GraphQL resolvers are reachable without CommonGroundAuthentication and forward a caller-influenced URL through ObjectenApiService.getObjectByUrl to ObjectsApiClient.getObjectByUrl, which attaches the privileged Objecten-API token. The host-equality check restricts requests to the configured Objecten-API host but does not constrain the scheme, port, or path, allowing an unauthenticated caller to induce a token-bearing request to a chosen endpoint on that host. Standard deployments are not exposed to cross-host SSRF, token capture requires attacker-controlled routing on the configured host, and typed deserialization limits returned data to objects shaped like form definitions. The 3.0 release line is fixed in version 3.0.4. The advisory does not identify a fixed 3.1 release. |

| An authorization bypass vulnerability exists in the REST API of multiple versions of OpenNMS Meridian and Horizon. The /rest/** Spring Security filter chains authorize requests with intercept-url rules that name the HTTP method as an uppercase token, compare the method case-sensitively, and have no terminal deny rule. A request that uses a non-canonical (for example lowercase) method token matches no rule and is processed without authentication. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can read the monitored inventory and can create, modify, or delete resources through the REST API, which includes injecting events to fabricate or suppress alarms. The /rest/alarms chain has the same missing deny rule and discloses whether an alarm exists through a difference in the response. The fix adds a terminal deny rule to each REST filter chain.
The solution is to upgrade to Meridian 2024.3.14, 2025.0.11, 2026.0.1 and Horizon 36.0.5 or newer. Meridian and Horizon installation instructions state that they are intended for installation within an organization's private networks and should not be directly accessible from the Internet. |
