CVSS v3.1 |
| The miniOrange OTP Login, Verification and SMS Notifications plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to, and including, 5.5.8 via the `mo_by_pass_login()` function. This is due to `mo_delay_otp_process()` short-circuiting the authentication flow before password validation or the administrator intent gate (added in 5.5.6) can run, combined with the Delay OTP grace flag (`mov_last_verified_dttm`) being stored as a `user_meta` row keyed solely by target user ID with no binding to the originating session, cookie, IP address, or device. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to authenticate as any WordPress user — including administrators — by submitting only a known username with the `mo_wp_login_intent=otp` parameter and any non-empty password, thereby inheriting a legitimate user's open Delay OTP grace window without ever supplying correct credentials. Exploitation requires the site to have OTP-only login (`wp_login_skip_password=1`, `wp_login_skip_password_fallback=0`) and Delay OTP Verification (`wp_login_delay_otp=1`) enabled, and the target account must currently be within its configured Delay OTP interval. |
| ZoneMinder is a free, open source closed-circuit television software application. In versions 1.34.0 through 1.36.38, the web interface mishandles failed token authentication in web/includes/auth.php. validateToken() returns false when a token is malformed or has an invalid signature, but the caller assigns that value to the global $user variable; because web/index.php tests isset($user), boolean false is treated as a present user and the normal login redirect is skipped. This can dispatch views that rely on the outer authentication gate, including the zones view, which accepts an attacker-selected monitor ID and discloses monitor and zone metadata without an independent permission check. Permission helpers receive the false user value and deny privileged operations, so unauthorized state changes have not been established. This vulnerability is fixed in version 1.36.63, where conversion to ZM\User objects causes invalid token state to fail before view dispatch. Later defense-in-depth changes explicitly leave $user unset after failed token validation and reject non-ZM\User values at the web authentication gate. |
| The EnergizeLab Eilik NestJS auth service issues device tokens for arbitrary robot serial numbers without authentication. An unauthenticated remote attacker can obtain a valid device token for any serial number and act as that device against the cloud services. |
| Multiple
TP-Link Wi-Fi range extenders use a custom, reversible XOR-and-dictionary
transformation in the HTTP web-management login flow. An unauthenticated attacker
on the same local network who can capture the network traffic associated with
legitimate administrator login may be able to derive an alternative credential
value that produces the same accepted authentication result and use it to
authenticate to the device’s web-management interface with administrator
privileges. Exploitation requires the management login to use HTTP and the
attacker to observe the session key, dictionary, and login value associated
with a legitimate administrator login.
Successful
exploitation may allow an unauthenticated adjacent attacker to gain
administrator access to the affected device and modify exposed configuration
settings. |
| Progress MarkLogic Server 12.x releases before 12.1.0 and 11.x releases before 11.3.7 contain an improper authentication vulnerability in SAML processing. In deployments that use SAML authentication, an unauthenticated remote attacker could cause the affected server to accept an assertion that should be rejected, potentially resulting in unauthorized access. |
| Progress MarkLogic Server 12.x releases before 12.1.0 and 11.x releases before 11.3.7 contain an authentication validation weakness that could allow an attacker to use a token that should not be accepted by the affected server, which could result in unauthorized access. |
| Zulip is an open-source team collaboration tool. In Zulip Server versions through 12.1, GenericOpenIdConnectBackend matches the identity provider email claim to an active account's delivery_email without rejecting an explicitly false email_verified claim. If a configured identity provider returns an email address that the authenticating user does not control together with email_verified=false, Zulip can log the user into the existing account for that address. Exploitation requires a misconfigured trusted identity provider, and deployments whose authoritative identity provider only emits email addresses controlled by the authenticating user are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 12.2. |
| The websocket handler of Fanvil x7a firmware version 2.6.0.1182 does not enforce proper authentication restrictions against sessionless users. The lack of restrictions grants anyone the ability to view any device resources such as operational logs or perform diagnostic requests. |
| Scoold is a Q&A and a knowledge sharing platform for teams. Prior to 1.69.1, checkApiAuth() in src/main/java/com/erudika/scoold/utils/ScooldUtils.java accepts a JWT signed with app_secret_key or para_secret_key for /api/config and /api/stats without requiring a registered API-key jti, and maps the request to the hardcoded administrative API_USER. The special endpoint checks run even when scoold.api_enabled is false. An attacker who obtains either signing secret can forge a token that reads sensitive configuration and server logs and reaches privileged configuration functionality, while an ordinary login-session token is not sufficient. This issue is fixed in version 1.69.1. |
| : Improper Authentication vulnerability in Unitronics Unitronics UniStream Pro/UniLogic.
This issue affects Unitronics UniStream Pro/UniLogic: Unitronics UniStream Pro versions only (B10 / C10) – UniLogic versions prior to 1.41.329. |
| An improper authentication vulnerability in the is_authenticated function (src/bolt/bolt_api.c) in FalkorDB before 4.20.0 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to execute graph queries without credentials through the Bolt endpoint. The function decides whether a password is required by issuing an empty AUTH command to Redis and treats only a WRONGPASS error as meaning that a password is required; any other error, such as LOADING while a dataset is being loaded, MASTERDOWN during replication failover, or OOM under memory pressure, causes the client to be treated as authenticated. Only deployments that enable the Bolt endpoint (BOLT_PORT, disabled by default) are affected. |
| In authd before 0.7.1, the user identity matching in UpdateUser (internal/users/manager.go) resolves an incoming login by the broker-scoped provider ID, but falls back to matching the username when the provider ID does not belong to any known user, and does not reject a conflicting non-empty provider ID. If an identity provider reassigns an email address, which authd uses as the username, to a new account, the new account inherits the previous user's local UID and home directory on its next login. This allows the new user to access and modify files belonging to the previous user, including credentials such as SSH keys and cloud API tokens, and silently rebinds the local account record to the new identity. As a mitigation, administrators should lock or delete the previous user's local authd account when the corresponding IdP account is removed. |
| Better Auth from 1.5.0-beta.12 before 1.7.7 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the OAuth Proxy plugin that allows unauthenticated attackers to sign in as other users by forging encrypted profiles. When the proxy shares the global secret and cookie-stored state is used, attackers can obtain encrypted state for a fake profile with a victim's verified email to take over the account via implicit linking. |
| A flaw was found in the Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication CIBA implementation within the keycloak-services component of Keycloak. This component handles advanced authentication flows where a client initiates a login on behalf of a user. The issue occurs because Keycloak fails to verify that a client is authorized to use the CIBA flow, allowing public clients to bypass security requirements. An attacker could use this flaw to trick a user into approving a login request, eventually gaining full access to the users account without needing a client secret. |
| A vulnerability was found in SourceCodester Human Resource Management System 1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is the function session_start of the file controller/employee.php of the component Employee Endpoint. The manipulation of the argument role/pfimg/EmpId results in improper authentication. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. |
| TP-Link Tapo
C325WB V2 contains an unauthenticated authorization bypass vulnerability in the
HTTPS JSON API dispatcher on TCP port 443. An attacker on the adjacent network
can append an onboarding-scoped object to a JSON request to bypass session
verification and invoke privileged actions without authentication.
Successful
exploitation may allow an unauthenticated adjacent-network attacker to access
live video and audio, modify device settings, and obtain sensitive device
information or secrets. |
| The setGlobalContext method in org/apache/naming/factory/ResourceLinkFactory.java in Apache Tomcat 7.x before 7.0.68, 8.x before 8.0.31, and 9.x before 9.0.0.M3 does not consider whether ResourceLinkFactory.setGlobalContext callers are authorized, which allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended SecurityManager restrictions and read or write to arbitrary application data, or cause a denial of service (application disruption), via a web application that sets a crafted global context. |
| Apache Tomcat 6.x before 6.0.45, 7.x before 7.0.68, 8.x before 8.0.31, and 9.x before 9.0.0.M2 does not place org.apache.catalina.manager.StatusManagerServlet on the org/apache/catalina/core/RestrictedServlets.properties list, which allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended SecurityManager restrictions and read arbitrary HTTP requests, and consequently discover session ID values, via a crafted web application. |
| Sentry is an application monitoring and error tracking platform. From 26.5.0 until 26.7.2, the SAML SSO identity-linking flow allows an attacker who controls a SAML identity provider to socially engineer an authenticated user into opening a malicious URL, link the attacker's identity to the victim's Sentry account, and take control of that account. The attack requires a browser that accepts the cross-site cookie context, including Firefox with SameSite=None cookies or Chromium with third-party cookies enabled. Sentry SaaS received the remediation on July 27, 2026, and self-hosted Sentry is fixed in version 26.7.2. |
| Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. Prior to 2.4.1, POST /api/otp_enroll and POST /api/finish_passkey_register are registered outside RequireSecureSession and accept a normal authenticated session without verifying the current password. An attacker with a stolen JWT can bind an attacker-controlled TOTP secret when the victim has not already enabled TOTP, or can register an attacker-controlled passkey because that path has no equivalent existing-enrollment guard. These changes create persistent account access that can survive a password change and interfere with the legitimate user's authentication. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.1. |
