| CVE-2026-40875 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| mailcow: dockerized is an open source groupware/email suite based on docker. In versions prior to 2026-03b, the user dashboard's "Seen successful connections" (login history) renders the client IP from login logs without HTML escaping. Because the server trusts the X-Real-IP header as the source IP for logging, an attacker can inject HTML/JS into this field. This Self-XSS can be exploited by a Login CSRF to force the victim into the attacker's account, and then read emails in a previous browser tab. Version 2026-03b fixes the vulnerability. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40873 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| mailcow: dockerized is an open source groupware/email suite based on docker. In versions prior to 2026-03b, the Quarantine details modal injects attachment filenames into HTML without escaping, allowing arbitrary HTML/JS execution. An attacker can deliver an email with a crafted attachment name so that when an admin views the quarantine item, JavaScript executes in their browser, taking over their account. Version 2026-03b fixes the vulnerability. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40872 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| mailcow: dockerized is an open source groupware/email suite based on docker. In versions prior to 2026-03b, the admin dashboard's Autodiscover logs render the EMailAddress value (logged as the "user" field) without HTML escaping. By submitting an unauthenticated Autodiscover request with a crafted EMailAddress containing HTML/JS, the payload is stored in Redis and executed when an admin views the Autodiscover logs. Version 2026-03b fixes the vulnerability. | |||||

| CVE-2026-40607 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Mantis Bug Tracker (MantisBT) is an open source issue tracker. In versions 2.11.0 through 2.28.1, a Stored XSS vulnerability is caused by incorrect escaping of a saved filter's owner, allowing an attacker to inject arbitrary HTML on systems where $g_show_user_realname = ON. Note that By default, only users with Manager access level or above can save their filters publicly. This issue has been fixed in version 2.28.2. If developers are unable to update immediately, they can work around this issue by preventing display of users' real names (set $g_ show_user_realname = OFF; in configuration), and restricting the ability to store filters (set $g_stored_query_create_threshold / $g_stored_query_create_shared_threshold to NOBODY). | |||||
| CVE-2026-40598 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Mantis Bug Tracker (MantisBT) is an open source issue tracker. In versions 2.28.1 and below, improper escaping of the redirection page (retrieved from the request's Referer header) allows an attacker to inject HTML. While this is generally not directly actionable as modern browsers will URL-encode special characters, on some specific server configurations this could poison the cache, leading to cross-site scripting. This issue has been fixed in version 2.28.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40597 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Mantis Bug Tracker (MantisBT) is an open source issue tracker. In versions 2.28.1 and below, given any pre-existing XSS / HTML injection vulnerability, an attacker can bypass the Content Security Policy's script-src directive by uploading a crafted attachment to any issue that, when accessed via the file_download.php link, will be downloaded with a valid JavaScript MIME type resulting in script execution. The uploaded payload must be sniffed as a valid JavaScript MIME type by PHP finfo (see file_create_finfo() API function). Non-JavaScript MIME types will not get imported in a <script> tag by the browser, due to response header X-Content-Type-Options being set to nosniff, which requires all imported JavaScript files to be a valid JavaScript MIME type. This issue has been fixed in version 2.28.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40596 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | N/A | ||
| Mantis Bug Tracker (MantisBT) is an open source issue tracker. Versions 2.11.0 through 2.28.1 allow any authenticated user to inject arbitrary HTML by updating their account's font family. Upon exploitation, an XSS payload would be reflected on every MantisBT page. Leveraging another vulnerability (CSP bypass, see GHSA-9c3j-xm6v-j7j3), the attacker could achieve account takeover. This issue has been fixed in version 2.28.2. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40593 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 4.8 MEDIUM | ||
| ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. In versions prior to 7.2.0, the User Editor (UserEditor.php) renders stored usernames directly into an HTML input value attribute without applying htmlspecialchars(). An administrator can save a username containing HTML attribute-breaking characters and event handlers, which execute in the browser of any administrator who subsequently views that user's editor page, resulting in stored XSS. This issue has been fixed in version 7.2.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40568 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.5 HIGH | ||
| FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Versions prior to 1.8.213 have a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the mailbox signature feature. The sanitization function `Helper::stripDangerousTags()` (`app/Misc/Helper.php:568`) uses an incomplete blocklist of only four HTML tags (`script`, `form`, `iframe`, `object`) and does not remove event handler attributes. When a mailbox signature is saved via `MailboxesController::updateSave()` (`app/Http/Controllers/MailboxesController.php:267`), HTML elements such as `<img>`, `<svg>`, and `<details>` with event handler attributes like `onerror` and `onload` pass through sanitization unchanged and are stored in the database. The signature is then rendered as raw HTML via the Blade `{!! !!}` tag in `editor_bottom_toolbar.blade.php:6` and re-inserted into the visible DOM by jQuery `.html()` at `main.js:1789-1790`, triggering the injected event handlers. Any authenticated user with the `ACCESS_PERM_SIGNATURE` (`sig`) permission on a mailbox -- a delegatable, non-admin permission -- can inject arbitrary HTML and JavaScript into the mailbox signature. The payload fires automatically, with no victim interaction, whenever any agent or administrator opens any conversation in the affected mailbox. This enables session hijacking (under CSP bypass conditions such as IE11 or module-weakened CSP), phishing overlays that work in all browsers regardless of CSP, and chaining to admin-level actions including email exfiltration via mass assignment and self-propagating worm behavior across all mailboxes. Version 1.8.213 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40565 | 1 Freescout | 1 Freescout | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 6.1 MEDIUM |
| FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.213, FreeScout's linkify() function in app/Misc/Helper.php converts plain-text URLs in email bodies into HTML anchor tags without escaping double-quote characters (") in the URL. HTMLPurifier (called first via getCleanBody()) preserves literal " characters in text nodes. linkify() then wraps URLs including those " chars inside an unescaped href="..." attribute, breaking out of the href and injecting arbitrary HTML attributes. Version 1.8.213 fixes the issue. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40497 | 1 Freescout | 1 Freescout | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.1 HIGH |
| FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.213, FreeScout's `Helper::stripDangerousTags()` removes `<script>`, `<form>`, `<iframe>`, `<object>` but does NOT strip `<style>` tags. The mailbox signature field is saved via POST /mailbox/settings/{id} and later rendered unescaped via `{!! $conversation->getSignatureProcessed([], true) !!}` in conversation views. CSP allows `style-src * 'self' 'unsafe-inline'`, so injected inline styles execute freely. An attacker with access to mailbox settings (admin or agent with mailbox permission) can inject CSS attribute selectors to exfiltrate the CSRF token of any agent/admin who views a conversation in that mailbox. With the CSRF token, the attacker can perform any state-changing action as the victim (create admin accounts, change email/password, etc.) — privilege escalation from agent to admin. This is the result of an incomplete fix of GHSA-jqjf-f566-485j. That advisory reported XSS via mailbox signature. The fix applied `Helper::stripDangerousTags()` to the signature before saving. However, `stripDangerousTags()` only removes `script`, `form`, `iframe`, and `object` tags — it does NOT strip `<style>` tags, leaving CSS injection possible. Version 1.8.213 contains an updated fix. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40487 | 1 Gitroom | 1 Postiz | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 8.9 HIGH |
| Postiz is an AI social media scheduling tool. Prior to version 2.21.6, a file upload validation bypass allows any authenticated user to upload arbitrary HTML, SVG, or other executable file types to the server by spoofing the `Content-Type` header. The uploaded files are then served by nginx with a Content-Type derived from their original extension (`text/html`, `image/svg+xml`), enabling Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in the context of the application's origin. This can lead to session riding, account takeover, and full compromise of other users' accounts. Version 2.21.6 contains a fix. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40483 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM | ||
| ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. In versions prior to 7.2.0, the Pledge Editor renders donation comment values directly into HTML input value attributes without escaping via htmlspecialchars(). An authenticated user with Finance permissions can inject HTML attribute-breaking characters and event handlers into the comment field, which are stored in the database and execute in the browser of any user who subsequently opens the pledge record for editing, resulting in stored XSS. This issue has been fixed in version 7.2.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40479 | 1 Kimai | 1 Kimai | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM |
| Kimai is an open-source time tracking application. In versions 1.16.3 through 2.52.0, the escapeForHtml() function in KimaiEscape.js does not escape double quote or single quote characters. When a user's profile alias is inserted into an HTML attribute context via the team member form prototype and rendered through innerHTML, this incomplete escaping allows HTML attribute injection. An authenticated user with ROLE_USER privileges can store a malicious alias that executes JavaScript in the browser of any administrator viewing the team form, resulting in stored XSS with privilege escalation. This issue has been fixed in version 2.53.0. | |||||
| CVE-2026-40472 | 2026-06-17 | N/A | 9.9 CRITICAL | ||
| In hackage-server, user-controlled metadata from .cabal files are rendered into HTML href attributes without proper sanitization, enabling stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. | |||||
